    2.15 cr flat pe laganay se behtar hai 7 marla plot le ke ghar bana lo zameen bhi apni chat bhi apni aur parking bhi.

      Sir you are right but in dha this not possible.
      First there is no 7 marla house and if you buy a 7 marla house then construction ie to much its around 2 Cr minimum and plot is for 2 Cr ad well so its 2 crore
      In dha
      This apartment is also in dha and plot as well.

      Minimum 1 bed cost you 65 lac and 2 bed 80 lac’s
