I’ve only recently subscribed and been binge watching all your videos mate and you will have to be one my fav channel now. It’s refreshing seeing someone that doesn’t have a landcruiser with every bell and whistle half the price of a house just to go bush. Love how your budget style in your videos and your style mate. I’m hoping you do more camping videos in the future but I’ll watch what ever you put out, Thanks for making your content
Mate. Well done. Keep it simple. I've still got a 98 hi lux ,it's my work Ute, my camping Ute and it goes everywhere I want it to go. My only mod con is a camp stretcher. Easier to put your boots on of a morning.
Good to see you out there with a good outfit that hasn't cost you a million dollars and as you said you can enjoy yourselves in comfit. Great information for the beginners.
Hi mate love ya videos i did watch the 1st one also by the way i have a single cab tf rodeo 2.8 turbo diesel used as a bush/hunting rig and cannot kill it been a ripper about to change over to a twin cab very soon with the motor out of my single cab going into it 💪🏽💪🏽
Beauty mate, we took our 11 week old out camping for a week just last week against everyone’s advice and was great! Had to come home a day early cause of the heat the young lad cracked it but was great none the less
Brother cracking ep man it’s so good seeing use guys get out Hahaha as for maintenance 🧑🔧 mate we have done it all together your a mechanic now boi 🙌🙌 Rodeos a reliable beast boi many missions to go 🙌🙌🙌
Great tent Lee the RV3 is the best one in the range because the frame opens out in to the corners so no overhanging canvas at the back. My brother had the RV 5 and he has to peg it out every time he uses it. I have the RV 3 and you can chuck it on the ground late at night no pegs just jump in it. The peaked side walls are also fantastic for setting up your kitchen when the weather is really shit 👍
thought about getting some rear drawers? work a treat with some dividers and what not to keep everything organised, fridge slide on top and you're laughing!
Cracker job Young Lee (aka dad). The maintenance, stirling job. The rest is all you need as you said. Back in the 80's I had less than that. An esky n ice is not appreciated these days but works a treat. Great tent too mate. Luv the setup
I like the simplicity of what your doing Lee. It’s definitely how I started. We are a little better off now with a camp trailer but still, simple is better. As for the kids and camping, we have taken our kids out since they were baby’s and they are very well adjusted kids despite my own personality 🤣🤣
I like it…..keeping it simple, keeping it real! There’s no doubt the best trips going away…were the spare of the moment one’s! With simple setups, it makes it stress free from the time you pull out the driveway, till you arrive at “who gives a fuck lagoon”. We’ve appreciated the basics all our lives…..it makes us closer to nature, and brings out the imagination which we had no choice growing up. Fuck…….we were so poor, we couldn’t even afford to pay attention! Wouldn’t have it any other way👍🏼
Mate that red clip on the belt holding the young fellas car sat in is on wrong, I just went through the same thing, plenty of you tube clips showing you how to do it properly for how it’s designed
Yeah big, Tony needs to be sponsored by Holden Colorado. Made you look good in it let’s go people🤠🤙🤙💯🎣Fish!!!! On!!!bloody good kiwi truck mate 🤠Yeww!!!🤙🤙🫶your pick up all the fish mate!!!! Don’t worry about the yabby’s 😂 hehe🫢😊
Maaaate, you're doing it all wrong. From what I've seen you need a $120000 cruiser, spend another $15-20k on fixing the rear diff track, 35 inch tyres, more lights than the Perth sky show, more wire, switches, fuses than the old power station in East Perth, more bar/steel work than what Twiggy digs out of the ground, a 720degree canopy, more draws/cabinets than what you have in your bathroom and kitchen combined, 24inch screen tablet with all the latest track downloads ,communications, you better have a satellite dish on top of your 4 man roof top tent and a CB for back up, minimum of 3 lithium batteries. Don't get me started on the type of suspension you need to have, front/rear winches, diff locks and then there is the recovery gear, No wonder I can't afford a .25% interest increase on my home loan.

Functional, minimal winning
