Yes but you will lose all metadate from columns by doing create. There is no way of doing rename of file AND keeping all metadata columns to the new location.

this is about changing file extension not really renaming. Title is wrong. Hope you read this before watching the video

You'll probably have to change it to 'For_each'
is this possible with News Post (Site Pages)? ..i mean : copy from Site Page template, change its title, edit its content

You didn't do a very good job showing split which is the heart and soul of this solution.
