Delicious chocolate chip cookies with crunchy almonds
Ingredients:
250 g of soft butter
2 vanilla
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of ground almonds
1 egg
About 3 cups of flour
It should be a dough that does not stick to the hand.
For the almond crunch on top:
5 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of honey
50g of butter
100 ml of cream
3 cups of flaked almonds (300g)

Bonjour , avec ces petits gâteaux vous m'avez mis l'eau à la bouche , j'en aurais bien mangé un ou deux avec mon café en plus j'adore les amandes ,c'est donc parfait pour moi . Merci et bon après midi.

Super gateau, merci ! Dans le sud une boulangerie le fait a peu prés pareil et l'appelle ''florentine''. Moi j'y ajoute des raisins secs ramolis et une pomme rapée que je fais caraméliser.
