We've been terrible all season, especially defending. To expect Sam or ANY manager in world football to come to a team conceding 4, 5, 6 pretty much every game, and get them to defend properly AND score enough goals, when they hardly score, to get the points for safety in only FOUR GAMES is ridiculous! His first game was probably the hardest game in world club football - City away. Fans were fearing we'd lose by the prem record score, but only 2-1 in the end. Then it was the Toon, and if Bamford wasn't such a flaky striker who took a pathetic penalty, we'd have won 3-2. By the West Ham game we just HAD to win. So when Sam threw 4 upfront it was inevitable that the garbage defence would crumble. And finally Spurs. Sam had to put the emphasis on defence because Spurs have a lot of goals in them, while still trying to score enough to win the game. Try winning must-win games with a terrible defence and a very low scoring attack! Seriously, only 4 games to turn around a terribly performing side with no confidence, and 3 of the games are City, Toon and Spurs??? Give the guy a break. He may well not be a world beater, but WHO would have done better under these particular circumstances?

I listen to all of the Leeds United TH-cam fan channels and those presenters have had better ideas then Sam did on team selection and tactics. So in that sense you've got to question if this was a good spend of £500k for the club. It was certainly not difficult to see why we were dysfunctional for so much of the season. However, I've heard Simon on this very programme saying that Radz is a very clever man, and yet it has been Radz problematic decision making that is the essence of the demise of the club.

Defenders who cant defend and a weak to almost non existent strikeforce. No surprise they went down. Wasnt down to work rate because T.Adams, Aaronson and Ayling were all near the top of the distance covered per 90 chart.
Whoever signs Gnonto though would have made a smart decision. At 19 he has a lot to offer and a lot of talent/potential.

The board have so much to answer for but we wont get answers and dont really need them because we all know they lost interest knowing they are selling!
All we ask for as Leeds fans is 100% effort, if the quality isnt good enough at least try. It makes any fan of any club sick to the stomach if they are paying good money to watch so called professionals just not bother who are on massive wages
The board has basically put the fans through the worst period in our history after giving us one of our best! But to end it all by scraping the barrel in bringing in Allardyce was the biggest embarrassment of all.
Most of us have been saying for at least a year that if things dont improve, the inevitable will happen and here we are.
Id be lying if I said Im happy to be rellied as the EPL is every fans goal. But there is no point being in it if all you are there for is to make up the numbers in a relly fight every season
New board with common sense and foresight and patience like Brentford and Brighton will do for me. Players who want to be there and a manager who wants to be there long term and build something
Not sure who I would want as manager but 2 names keep popping into my head are Lee Bowyer simply because of his passion for whats happened to us (I get that doesnt automatically make him a great choice but who is a good choice until they actually succeed in some way?) and Carlos Corberan
