How To Blur In Procreate

How do you select just one area of the photo to blur?

Try the selection tool (it looks like a ribbon), and it's on the top left side of the screen between the magic wand icon and the arrow icon

another way (I think cuz I don’t use procreate a lot) is using a layer then I think it only blurs that layer

For anyone looking to do this use the selection tool ( the ribbon , like Morifairytale said )
Circle the area you would like to blur and then click the magic wand and then click Gaussian blur and it will blur where you circled

Mine just will not act right. I am trying to blur with in a rectangle and can not get the blur to increase… actually it’s not even blurring right, it’s stripes instead of a solid blur
