I do that then the next day my aim is so f#cking good
1. Stretch (trust me) 2. If your aim feels worse than usually take the day off, play unrated if you still want to play and just relax and have fun, get back to the grind the next day

Yeah today i wasn't feeling my aim at all i had 7 kills as reyna today which never happens, i drop at least 20 kills each game but this time it was kinda the opposite i played valo after 3 days idk why when I don't pkay valo for a day too my aim just gets worst 😭

Honestly to get outta silver just insta lock reyna , reyna forces you to focus on your aim duels and pairing that up with aim training ( follow woohojins video to gold) will help you rank up fast . The key here is keep your ranked games down to 2 or 3 a day , any more than that then you might end up having a losing streak. Hope this helps 🤝

@@quanle2554 if you hold your mouse too tense, your aim will be inconsistent and bad. So, you should be more calm and less tense. Like the person said in the video, think of it like you're holding an egg. Too much tense/pressure will crush the egg.

stretching is by far the most important thing for consistency imo. also having a set routine for each time you get on is important which for me is stretch, prac range shoot bots from the start button thing, go close and flick between bots, and then 1-2 deathmatches depending on how i feel in the first one. this only takes like max 20 mins but will do wonders for your consistency. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO NOT OVERDO WARMUP as it will tire u out, so it shouldn’t take any more than 30 mins. It is also very important (especially for people with adhd like me or just bad concentration) to take breaks when the brain tiredness starts to set in. like 10 minutes of laying on ur bed or going outside will refresh u, and then just do 1 deathmatch to re warm up
for me it's stretching arms, aim labs for forearm aim, wrist aim, then swiftplay to turn gamesense on and good to go

This advice applies to more than just mouse aim for long-term health if you catch my drift.
One way to help combat this is to, if you aim train or warm up at all, set your primary fire button to a key on your keyboard, rather than lmb. This way you can remove any tension from your arm while warming up or aim training. Obvs you change it back to lmb for ranked and playing.

Yeh my aim is better with tenser hands, I went off tension for months and then came back with better aim when I hold it tense and it's more consistent, fatigues my hand more and if your are already shit at aiming don't blame the method.

Mhhh you should understand that aim is very important BUT not everything. There are radiants out there, which have bad aim but compensate it by being smarter than the enemy. You should focus maybr on other aspects instead of just raw aim, for example movement between shots or counterstrafing

Also something I’ve noticed myself is how you hold your mouse helps a lot. And it’s different for different people, I can’t play as well with a straight grip, but if I hold it at like a 45 degree angle counterclockwise it’s better

Fr when i had valorant burnout i was very stressed because of important exams in high school but i kept playing so i was basically choking my mouse while shaking like i have tremors, once the stress was gone i could aim like a plat and not like a bronze and could hold my mouse normally

Yes death gripping your mouse will make your aim very shaky, but if you have a normal/loose grip you can still be tense and very smooth, it just comes with a lot of smoothness practices.

As a carpal tunneled wrist player, it has gotten to the point where I had to sell my mouse and gaming pc but I would advice hard grip because it allows you to quit your obsession.

Sometimes I stopped shooting or flick away from enemy cuz I'm 100% sure they should've been dead. only for them to survive with 10 hp.
Especially true with Vandal at close range.. sometimes in hurry I made movement error that made me miss the head or even the spray, but still carry on like I killed them anyway.. autopilot is disgusting

E.g when you 100% sure you hit HS but missed or when you spray from very close but one bullet missed.
It basically happens when you're in 1v many situation where you want to finish each 1v1 as quickly as possible.

You’ll get damage your wrist regardless if you grip it tightly or not (gripping it tightly makes no difference because you’re not even using your wrist to grip things). Sensitivity play time and just genetics will be what determines if you’ll hurt your wrist. I’m actually in a wrist brace because of it. I was playing a lot per day (anywhere from 7-13 hours, this is including afk time). I was playing on a low ish sens so I was doing a lot of flicking which obviously uses your wrist. Now I’m on a significantly faster sens and I’ve noticed my wrists aren’t hurting nearly as much and I don’t need to wear my brace as often

To be fair, the natural way a mouse is made doesn't help with wrist tension either. That's why a big interest in ergonomic vertical mice was being made recently. Sadly still haven't found gaming vertical mice yet though
My forearm gets more tense over time as I play and my hand tightens. I’ve tried the eggshell trick but I legit feel like I can’t click fast enough with no tension, how do I fix this
i play a whole lot of rocket league and i’ve learned the hard way that holding the controller tight is awful for you. i have this problem with my pinky for some reason when i play val and i’m not sure how to fix it. i’ve heard of chewing gum but it doesn’t seem to help me much.

I'm pretty nice at Hanzo in Overwatch but after one match I gotta take a break because of the sheer tension my hand gets put under holding M1 and letting go with precision. Guess that really means I'm notnthat nice at Hanzo
