Its true. Anything can happen. I lost my husband at age 31 from a heart attack. I was left with 2 small kids. 17 years later I realized how hard it was and how young he was. All plans naglaho in an instant.

Ganyan din ako biglang high blood at a very young age kaya sineryoso ko ang gym. Tracking my calories & weight. Nag-maintenance na rin ng gamot & vitamins. That saved me also from getting infected by covid kahit na considered as close contact.

Laban lang doc from a fellow MD 🙂 my brother ( also an MD) was infected with covid last May and it lasted for 4 weeks (he got it from a patient) but I'm glad he made it through (after many bouts of DOB, desats, hypertensive episodes, hacking dry cough)...
