This was a surprising close game, until you hit lol. Mort are you going to upload a game of the fortune gamemode? I loved it, got an Urgot with AP lvl 1, made a deathcap and then proceeded to make him 3 star in the stage 6-3
I got a Urgot start too, ended up with 3 star Janna and Leona in one game and 3 star Nunu in another game

One idea , putting champion on the safe to get extra point depending on the champion stars
I had 5 underground in fortune favor at 2-1, got a 7 payout but was low on health, spent 4 rounds trying to pick up all my loot and got so dizzy, was only a second.
Had a similar start one game, ended up with an urgot 3 and a 11 unit board with 4 full items on my bench that i had nowhere to put xD
It's the danger of going for cashout 6/7. Unless you're actually a high level play it's gonna be ahrd to turn that entire board around in 1 turn.
Leona 3* ult gives me Alice in Bordeland vibes lol

There is a jail called Seven Locks near where I live
So that feels oddly appropriate for losing matches for underground heists
I have never seen leona 3* cast until now and I am not disappointed

Yeah with little titans augment and against a player who always wins against all others but against you only close - we tried it as 8 friends - we got 200 gold 2 crowns and a radiant item at 8 heist

Isn't Leona more laser team and mordekiser more mech. Mord makes buildings fall like a mech would and Leona fires the ultimate laser from space. This seems backwards now
You'd have to consider the skin lines they use to represent the traits, cause laser corps are project skins and mech skins are literally the mech skins

obviously? if you sack your game for 5 stages it should be a guaranteed win
Urgot seems way too strong of a start in fortune favor gamemode. He has DPS, CC, and economy. I have found that game mode to be considerably more fun when no one has Urgot start.
There are 8 legendaries and 9 units per carousel. There's always gonna be an Urgot.
That, along with the Janna bug, means that there's even more competition for the actually good units.

Regarding the "Zoe vs mech"... Wouldn't Zoe applying grevius wounds to it's target solve the problem she has vs mech? Like most of the time they have a bloodthirster or some kind of healing item. Is she had GW in her ability then with a GS and full dmg she would have a MUCH better chance vs them AND I don't think that this change would ruin ANY other matchup of hers
I think the main problem is that zoe has no way to push damage right away. Say Zoe was fighting X champ. Both have the same stats with the only exception is zoe does her 300 ability damage over 10 seconds and champ X does it right away.
If Zoe re-casts and refreshes it after 5 seconds, she effectively loses 150 points of damage from the first cast since theres no bonus aside from the refreshed duration
I think one of the main problems is that Zoe can't stack her DOT (I think Mort said that) so she will be locked onto the Mecha and it will just heal her damage and she will do nothing. The grievous would help, but the lack of stacking I think would definitely be an issue.
She’s horrendous
I don't think Zoe needs to be good into everything. Sett will be nerfed in the B patch and that will impact how much Mech is seen overall so Zoe will creep back. Giving her healing reduction might make it so when Mech isn't around as much, Zoe will be too strong into other matchups (like Mascots or Soraka builds). Plus it makes her a utility champ that you can just plug in with no items, which may be overkill for a champ who already has 3 traits.
Even with GW though, I doubt Zoe is getting anywhere close to killing a current Mecha Sett 2. They all build Dragon's Claw and have an MF or Samira behind them that will destroy your team well before Zoe can burn through them.
The problem is not the healing, it's the absurd amount of HP and Zoe's lack of single target damage. So what she would need to be good into mech is the ability to effectively stsck her DoT on one unit instead of simply refreshing it.
I do hate that because 3 star 5 costs are beatable but it's highly improbable. It's like yeah you're probably going to lose but you're not even going to try? In the very least watch the glory.
Please bring back skyglass eggs for a limited time!
I am usually open minded when people complain about metas and such, even back in 7.5, when the set was at its most stale, I still advocated very strongly for variety comps that COULD still work..
Right now.. since the last patch, All I see are just Sett spamming and Sureshot , MF spam. It isnt as interesting as the patch previous to that, (Even tho ppl spammed mascot Yuumi, you still saw other interesting builds thats viable)
Right now, it strongly feels like running anything else other than Sett MF Samira, is just a huge throw when trying to climb.
I really enjoy TFT, and no matter what , I mostly refused to complain, until now.. because this last patch is starting to feel like dragonmancer nunu times...
I don't understand, why did you play for win streak with 4 undergrounds when it's only better than 3 undergrounds for losses?
Wanted to stay healthy until he got more undergrounds in.
Because winning preserves HP. He already knew it would be a deep Underground run, so keeping HP up was the top priority early.
That's valid answer for underground 3, or underground in general (though it also hurts econ). The point here is 4 versus 3. Anyway.
