Having already driven the Windsor, Nexon, and the XUV 400, here's my assessment. If Windsor is going to be your city car, it will be a wonderful car. The car might become a good primary car after 2-3 years, when the charging infrastructure is wide spread. But if you do longer trips often then Windsor is going to give you headaches. Realistically, the battery should be utilised between 20-80%. Regarding this, if you have your own parking with a plug connection, Windsor gives you the option of scheduled charging. So you can preset the charging time for specific hours. This would basically enable user driven smart charging that could make use of the Time of Day electricity tariff, further decreasing your operation costs. The car also has some useful tech features, that I was not able to find on the other two cars, eg: the windows close themselves fully as soon as you lock the car, one-touch control for all windows, etc. The driving dynamics of all cars are quite good. Just the XUV 400 steering appears to be unnaturally light in low speeds. The brake bite response appeared to be quite weak on the Nexon as compares to the other two. Though the paddle shifted regen on the Nexon is more useful than one mode on XUV or the screen touch controlled Windsor regen modes. One more thing, there are some spaces in the Windsor interior that appeared to be flimsy eg: the right A-pillar wind blower (you can literally press it with your thumb). Though the overall interior built quality for me was XUV, then Windsor, then Nexon. If I were to buy an EV today, my choice would be: 1. Windsor 2. Nexon 3. XUV (I would have rather gone to ICE. Each of these vehicles offers distinct advantages, allowing you to choose the best fit for your needs.
You are right
Windsor has octillion, not CATL
@@girishiyer4996 yea even I had PreAssumption that it won't be a CATL battery but idk what's the truth
Byd emax 7 please compare with this car
@@millionyearsago2608 different segment sir.. wrong comparison hoga.
which is best value for money variant of 45 kWh nexon Ev?
Vfm shayad creative hai.. but I like top model
@@EVolution-Nick I am bit confused between empowered 45 and empowered + 45. What do you suggest?
@@BALBIRSINGH-km4bv
I will suggest empowered 45 if you are not going for red dark edition.
No comparison between nexon 45 and mg windsor, mg windsor is better than nexon in every sense, mg windsor ev is luxury car
Agreed in many ways.. both are great cars
BMS issues in tata, personally own a nexon ev it shows many issues while fast charging and calibration is not good due to passive bms and tata service is also bad. Better to avoid tata if planning for 8-10 yrs horizon . Tata now is denying battery replacement claim under warranty and now asking to claim insurance for many customers.
Making prismatic battery won't solve the issue unless tata uses active bms tech.
Hmm.. that is definitely a point worth reconsidering
Good job sir this is vipin sachan from kanpur I am waiting good car for rural areas sir Jo car ap buy karenge I will go for the same
Areyy.. thank you sir.. but please buy a car as per your needs and requirements.
Best comparison, thank you so much, may be our cars will be same😊
My pleasure 😊
MG Windsor or Curvv Creative Plus S petrol. Please suggest Monthly 800kms
Call me to discuss bro.. happy to o help
Battery warranty 15 saal kar de tata km otne hi rakhe fer har koi lele ..meri running 1000 km hai month ki 14saal me 160000 complete hoga
Acha point hai sir
Congratulations in advance sir 💐♥️
@@scripterofficial17 thank you so much ☺️.. but we need to reach 10k first..
@@EVolution-Nick we will do it.Your videos are very helpful and knowledgeable for people,so it's very easy to reach 10k.
My elderly advice .
Repeatations be avoided.Interesting but serious narration desired. We expected per km or total running cost comparison which is missing. No body appricate unnecessary lengthy vedio. Hope your next video would be refined one .
Ok next time
By the way how young are you sir..
Perfect choice for tata 45ev all the best 🎉
Thank you papa
But nexon is still having lot of service , quality issues so little scared
Understandable.. but I’ll go for Nexon as I know the fix to all the issues.. contact me if you need any help.
You have taken incorrect figure for Nexon 45 empowered plus model. 1.50 gap between these 2 cars is not correct
Please hightligh mistake sir.. what is the actual difference...
In warangal Telangana it’s 23 on road for nexon top model and 19 l for Windsor
BYD ki budget car kab aayegi..?
I don’t think they will bring budget car.. they want to be in premium segment
MG Windsor is Big car as long distance but battery is small , कार कि साइज के प्रपोजेसन मे बैटरी बहोत ही छोटी दि है टाटा के कर्व के जैसा दो बैटरी ओपासन देना चाहिए होगा तभी कुछ बात बनेगी
Absolutely correct
Who’s knows Bro
MG might come with Bigger size batteries for Windsor
They may be testing the market with small battery pack
why not go for curvv 55 instead?
if range is your top priority, it makes most sense.
will end up around 20-21 lakh on road (mid variant considering you don't want ADAS).
The. I’ll rather go for BYD Dynamic
It's good choice, byd is father of ev
@@EVolution-Nick Its your choice but it doesn't sound logical.
BYD Dynamic comes with 50kwh whereas curvv comes with 55kwh.
So you mind, spending another 5-6 lakh for even lesser range than curvv ev?
I thought your budget was strictly around 20lakh, hence I thought curvv ev might be your top priority since its range is largest in 20lakh price.
I don't know the exact on road price there in kolkata, but it should come around 21 lakhs. plus the festive offers and discounts.
Nexon is proven compared to Windsor. Windsor range is limiting factor. Batteries are prismatic in both but not same, MG acquires from CATL while Tata has tie up with Gotion and Octillion.
Super.. thank you for the information sir..
MG gets it from CATL for its own designs but Baojun using Gotion High-tech.
I wish Windsor had 50kw battery
Why are you not talking or compare Windsor with currv base model also
@@PrasanthNair Windsor because of the range..
Curvv because I don’t find it vfm
@@EVolution-Nick Nexon ev 45 also doest t look value for money compared to Windsor top model . You are giving more priority for range that’s why . But when you look closely for that extra 50-75km range you are already paying 1.5 lakh extra . In future public charging stations will be more common so long run just see will it make much difference for an extra payment of 1.5 lak .
With the extra battery Nexon ev rear passenger thigh support is compromised with a central tunnel.
Space is no comparison with Nexon
Windsor Premium fit and finish , big arm rest, TATA continuing panel gaps and quality of touch and finish in currv also .
Metallic paint in Windsor and it’s looks premium where Nexon has ordinary white paint .
16 inch vs 18 inch of Windsor
Battery and technology more reliable than curvv/Nexon
Advanced flush door handle compared to Nexon
More boot space than Nexon
Premium interior touch and feel compared to Nexon
These things I see some advantage over Nexon
Music system , clarity of screen and camera , cooled glove box Nexon is better .
I am using Nexon prime from last 4 years and driven 95k . I will give more points to Windsor in value for money prospective.
Windsor ev is born electric. I think if we look future we should consider born electric Ev’s
While describing features remove your photo so that people can read the content you are showing
Noted
Bro it’s easy to guess you’re getting the nexon, the buying bias in the video is visible! 😅
Windsor’s range is midc (c75) by the way and nexon is arai range!!
No Biasness bro.. trust me..
agreed.. however for me the one that gives longer range will do.
Sir 18.30lac h windsor ev due to road tax of rs 1.70lac

BAAS LE LO I THINK without bass rto ka paisa kam lagega.
Nexon have projector led fog lamps
Yes
Windsor should have been launched with 50+ KW
Couldn’t agree more
I have submitted form
Fit and finish, service is far better in MG not in Nexon EV, MG give u more range.
Thankyou for sharing your thoughts sir
Please compare Mg ZS, nexon and curvv
sure sir
ZS EV Price segment is higher than these two.
If you are to buy ZS EV for 25 L
Go for BYD atto3
They are No1 in EV matters.
I have booked Windsor
Let’s explore the world class vehicle which has already proven in many countries
Your Narrative is good to go……
Good choice.. congratulations sir..
Look for BYD atto 3 its truly upgrade from nexon
Mujhe mil jo jaaye thora paisaaa.. magar kaiseee
Nexon have problems with child parts … quality issues … and range in Tata cars drop very soon I took test drive of curvv ev it was showing 280 kms range in 85 % of range.
The executive was saying that sir it’s a demo car that’s why .. 🙄 but he should have known that it’s just 1 day of driving with that car.
So I finally booked Windsor EV for myself ❤
congratulations sir.. great car.
waiting - Nexon Ev 45 range test :)
Coming soon!
I know how difficult it was for a TATA fan boy to select Nexon EV at the end of the video!
5 mins through the video I knew you are going to select Nexon and how blind you are in terms of your Nexon love. Don't think someone like you can give a good consultantation considering the inclination towards few brands. My opinion.
Btw I've booked my Windsor and waiting for it!
I understand your perspective, but I tried to be as objective as possible in the review.
Nexon ev 45.489 .......360*380rang
Thank you for your thoughts
If MG WINDSOR gives 50Kw battery , you would have gone for that. I think you wait for upgrading. Wait for Maruti/ Creta/ Skoda Elroq
I agree.. but ab jo hoga 10l subscriber per hoga.. that is my promise
Truly said, @mgindia you should hear this!! 👍🏽
@@MrSagarKapatkar I wish I do.. the thing is I knw they will not get the 50 kw as long as zs ev is there.. and my car is losing its value every day..
But I will go with whatever my subscribers decide for me.. first we need to reach 10k
Bro u forgot to cover the most important part of an ev..that's warranty...I am amazed by ur decision..few days back you were literally crying abt the resale value of ur nexon..again u are going with the same brand and promising ur viewers to buy a new car once u hit 10k mark..how much do u think u'll get this time..??
Would that depreciation be worth if u reach ur target within a year..or u'll break ur promise that u just made to ur viewers..just asking😊

Windsor ev is like you are at your home and sitting in sofa.
Soo true
Xuv400 most underrated ev
Unfortunately it seems it’s been disowned by Mahindra themselves..
worst also

Exactly.
Even punch has better seats😅.
