Yoooo, hit me with that carrying case video! Can't wait. The vids of your buying decisions are a nice change of pace from everything else. Keep up the great work.
Wow, I have to say I really like that first shop your in, you would have to go to a “hobby” shop for plasticard (over here in Australia hobby shops generally have plastic models, train sets, RC cars/planes, hobby paints/glues/etc) whereas art shops have more of the traditional painting/drawing style supplies.
same for the most part here as well , the Art supply stores tend to the college crowd a lot so have lots of stuff for architecture and drafting as well that is why they carry all the plastic card stuff . As for miniature paints that's sold at LGS .
LOL, I’m a professional painter, I paint 40 hours a week, I buy packs of different sized brushes, usually 6 to a pack for $4 Australian, probably $3 US, from the discount stores, I get about 160-200 hours out of a brush then start using them for white gluing bases or dry brushing, I think the most I’ve ever paid for a brush is $6-7 for 1 brush, when I give up painting for others I might splash out on some expensive brushes for myself.
Where do you get the cheapest diamond plated plastic sheets for the armour from? Please suggest me a brand or two. And do them come in a bundle or single sheets of A4 size? Kindly help here, would appreciate the response.
I picked up mine from a store in NYC called Blick paints . The name brand is plastruct comes with 3 sheets about the size of note book paper for about $15
