No, but what a great idea for a video! Really, you just want to do a 2 needle in work, 1 needle out of work ribbing and make sure you end with 2 needles on each end. When you finish the hem, add or decrease stitches as needed to get the necessary number. Then when you stitch it together, put the mattress stitch in between the first and second stitches from the edge. Use the traditional one-row mattress stitch. Sew the inside as well as the outside the same way, and it'll look great. Writing myself a note to do that video one of these days!
I do some reviews of unusual equipment, but my work is basically teaching and designing. Teaching and designing really need to be done on the most common equipment so as many people as possible can use it.

You can get close to invisible. It's a good video idea for me - I did one about sewing garter stitch as close to invisibly as possible, very interesting experiments, and that one is here th-cam.com/video/-vWEeA-emdw/w-d-xo.html

I liked your review of the superba system 9000, shame we never got any more videos of you using this great machine.

I didn't do anything special on the side stitches, but I did steam the swtch so it will be easier to see on the video.
