I would love to see an Oscuro shootout . An oily oscuro no stem leaf looks amazing to me . I think prob best looking leaf or a shade which is complete opposite
Great content, Love the shootout series Mike! This type of content really helps me focus on 1 or 2 cigars in its category and try the best they have to offer. Thanks boss.
I have both versions of that cigar buried somewhere in the humidor. Along with a regular Jamie Garcia and a Jamie Garcia Especial 10th Anniversary from 2019. I'm thinking of doing a week long comparison series. Something you're interested in seeing?
Thanks, Javier! I was a little surprised, too. It's very interesting what happens when you compare cigars without much time in-between. I smoked these over a week. You really have them fresh in your mind, and the outcome usually isn't what you expect going into it.
Wow, wasn’t expecting that but haven’t had the judge. Maybe I’ll have to get over my bias and try one. Great series, looking forward to the next one. I guess my vote will be the cigar I smoke nearly every day mil dias
Mil dias is definitely on the list! As far as the Judge goes, make sure it's a toro fino. Amd it never hurts to let em sit a while. They're good fresh but better with a little bit of humidor time!
Suprise Suprise 😮🎉 I knew you are different and this is the goodness of this community 👍👌🔥I will revisit this My Father in this particular vitola 😊 Thank you Mike good series keeping coming 👍
Excellent video series. I have been wanting a reviewer to review the entire catalog of the larger brands and then make a list of top 5 to top 10 in each brand. Ex. Oliva, my father, Arturo Fuente, Rocky Patel, CAO.
Just found your channel, your laid back review style is pretty legit, keep it up, love the detail you include with notes, draw etc..Question though, what do you mean when you say “minerality”, have never heard of that before
Thanks Tim! What I typically mean by that is like a metallic note. Unless I specify chaulky minerality. Which is like licking sidewalk chaulk, both in mouth feel and flavor. Lol.
I've already recorded the Habano Wrapper shootout. I'll get to San Andres at some point. San Andres is hard, because so many of the cigars are just San Andres over Nicaraguan binder and fillers. A lot of them end up tasting the same.
Another awesome shootout review. Glad i get to see them on TH-cam. People if you haven't subscribed, you need to and tell a friend 🫡😁🤣
Thanks JB!
Hell yea!!!!
Completely agree with you Mike.
People gonna be haaaatin 😅
Haters gonn hate. It's not cool to be a fan of a My Father. Luckily, I'm not cool, so I am unbothered. Lol.
@@CigarCarpenter I’m with you bro 👍🏼
Great list, I really liked the Judge but people have mixed feelings about it. That Melanio is just consistently amazing. Great video! Cheers Brother!!
Thanks Frank!

Was not expecting that at all! Keeping us on our toes Mike, well done!
I wasn't expecting it either. Especially because I'm not a big fan of the rest of the stuff the winner puts out.
Awesome Mike 🤙
Thanks Steve!

Thanks for watching, man. I'm glad that it's helping you pick new cigars to try. #1,2&3 are really easy to find too!
Jamie Garcia Successor !

Solid rankings!!
Thanks man!
Good stuff dude. Love these shoot outs!
Thanks Curtis!
Solid! Thanks for making Peter pout also! 🙏🏻🫡
Hahaha. Unintended side effect.
Well done!
Thank you!
Great job my dude! Keep up the great reviews! 👊🏾
Thanks Eric!
As for Habano’s… Winston Churchill Late Hour by Davidoff please!
@ConnoisseurCigar you're not the first to say it. It will probably make the list!
Great review. Was a little surprised that my father took number one , not mad about it. I really enjoy that cigar. Can’t wait until the next series 😊

Cool shootout Carp . I am a sucker as well for that aged dominican funk . I would take that vsg all day .👊

Would be fun, but A LOT of work.
🤘🤘🤘. Love the shootouts!
Thanks Erica!
Ohhh I have a couple lost angels to try from Peter. I like a little minerality so I’m excited for those
They're top 5. Lol
Anything Sumatra has my attention
Well here's 6 suggestions. Lol.
Passing by
Medium body sumatra that is quite underrated. LGC classic.
The number one, and the number one seller at my lounge! 😅 nice work!
In that size specifically, it's just so good.
Whoa!! Was not expecting that.😮
I wasn't either
@@CigarCarpenter I got a judge a while back but it was the the regular toro not the Fino. Any major difference from those 2 vitolas?
@@Spacecitysmoke I can only vouch for the Toro Fino. I don't know that I've had the regular Toro.

San Andres Mexican wrapper next???

Mil Dias from Crowned Heads is my favorite Habano
Oh, it'll be on the list for sure. I don't think I have any newer ones right now. I just have a few from a few years ago. I'll have to grab one.
Don’t disrespect the DANK bro 😂 great video as always Mike
Thanks Felipe! The Amazon Funk is tasty. Just not my favorite. I will always grab a few.
The Rocky Patel Edge Sumatra is pretty good gets high rattings 😊
Not sure which Edge I have had. But I do remember being pleasantly surprised.
Real like the judge that it was a great cigar, also like the extra anjeo for its uniqueness
Both delicious cigars. Hardest rankings I had to finalize yet.
To my palate the judge tasted like a ginger bread cookie that had been dropped in mud. I will have to revisit it
A lot of fresh My Father's are a bit muddy. Let er marinate for a bit. Might still not be for you. But it might. Who knows.
@@CigarCarpenter yeah I will have to pick one up and forget about it for 6 months in the humidor
LMFAO what funny explanation of a cigar LOL
HECK YA on the MF Judge for the win!!!! I really like that one
It's just really good.
The judge is a great cigar!
Absolutely!
here
Hi
Dont see "The Judge" if you are newbie to this. Its called that for a reason.
Several seem to like The Judge. Doesn’t please my palate. ESG is very good.
I only like the Judge in the specific Toro Fino size.
I like your final verdict, see what I did there? 🤓
Maybe?
Unsubscribed
Lol. I knew you would love the outcome.
😂😂
😆
Booooo😂
