Is this the best night food market in Taiwan?

I am not even kidding you when I say that travelling to Taiwan for the food markets only is reason enough to come to Taiwan. Don’t believe me? There are over 700 night food markets in Taiwan - this is how serious things are. But the food on the markets? Oh my, it is simply the best street food I have ever had. 🤤🤤From dumplings to desserts and drinks - you can eat a lifetime and still find a new food stand to try.
