Well said monitoring, echoing go with elecitation from Ss' side, I wonder is rephrasing or feedbacking the learners' mistakes have a bad impact on them? How can I rephrase without hurting their feelings? Pls discuss the psychological domain of the learners and how I can monitor in heterogenous classes? I will stay tuned, well Done my homegrown leader👍

To the point, teachers will lose energy, and take too much time to pursue the lesson, on the other side it's a matter of unconsciousness, all teachers tend to do this negative habit for the sake of showing them the way words are pronounced, even sometimes, they try to recast their errors unconsciously.

It happens a lot I agree. However, I would welcome recasting when errors are made.

@@Britishey for sure there are different techniques to minimize echoing, such as taking pauses while listening to students's responses or sometimes pinpoint a student to answer a question of his classmates so as to get rid this habit.
