@fairylandful 好 is really the word. written form 很 is for the books 📚 or any reading. spoken form can also be written. For example, in comic books or anything show in spoken form. We can write 好. Because that's how we speak.
This topic would be very complicated for beginners and lower intermediate level. It also dependa on the job nature. Maybe you can start with self-introduction first.
