I have always loved jazz. My Dad would take me to a jazz club in El Paso TX. This particular utube channel is outstanding...these songs are from when I was a teen (I am 70 now). Just love it!!!!
Yes, 100% jazz is calming. I find when the saxophone is the main instrument that really works best for me to relieve stress and tension in my neck. Then I don't give a d*mn about who or what bothers me.

I listen to 'Open Your Heart' every morning and more. I suffer from depression and it fills me and makes me feel good. Even if it's only for a few minutes. You are correct, it is a 12 song playlist, that is roughly an hour long, It plays a total of 3 times. Good ear.

With revelations revealing itself!!....OMG....I can place those worries to the side for a minutes...and take myself to a harmonious and peaceful moments listening to this to JAZZ for 2 or 3 hours and OMG!! ...Hope Love and peace rejuvenated me!!
