Thank you! Wow, NZ....bet that would be a great place to cycle. I worked there for 2 months so I know how beautiful it is. Enjoy

Amazing memories. Cycle touring is just the best way to travel, especially for all the reasons you mentioned. We will bloody do a ride sometime I promise!!! 2025 🎉

Sure is! The past 2 vids were a good way to combine all my memories.
Cool, yes a ride in 2025 would be great. I'll await your beckon call, ha

Lovely and joyful video 🙂 And I was totally surprised that you mentioned me together with some of the people you have met. Really appreciated 🙂 And you were the perfect guest. I don't think I will bikepack, but I absolutely enjoy your videos about your adventures.

One of the best bits of bikepacking is the setup, which is distinctly different from traditional touring. In bikepacking, gear is packed in lightweight, compact bags that attach directly to the bike frame, handlebars, and saddle, allowing for better balance, stability, and maneuverability on rough or remote terrain. Unlike traditional touring setups, which often rely on bulky panniers and racks, bikepacking setups are designed to minimize weight and drag, making it easier to tackle off-road trails, steep climbs, and technical sections. This streamlined approach not only allows for greater freedom and adaptability but also makes it easier to explore hard-to-reach places and experience a more immersive, adventurous ride.
