I've been thinking about taking my shahada for the past 3 weeks now. The only thing that's been holding me back was making sure that when I say this testimony of faith, it is said with full sincerity. Clear intention had to be there. My heart must be in the right place. I couldn't do this until I fully understood what modesty meant for this religion. Naturally, I needed to know what the requirements of the Hijab were for women in Islam. Especially since there's countless Muslimahs on TikTok forcing the idea of Niqabs being part of our awrah (which feels extreme for a soon-to-be revert like me); which I never believed since there are millions of Muslim women who wear the Hijab head scarf normally (covering hair, neck, bosom). I was asking Allah SWT in my head back and forth for the past 3 days, asking for answers, and now this random video showed up on my homepage. Alhamdulillah. Everytime I feel like I don't have the answer to my doubts about Islam, He shows me the way. The only advice I have for women who are also struggling with the idea of the Hijab is to not give up on the openness of your heart. Those doubts and anxieties about the head-covering are not of ill-will. You are a truth-seeker. Even despite your natural skepticism, your heart is still open to this religion because Allah still warrants it. He knows you are not a disbeliever. If he did, you would be just like any other on this Earth: heart and mind sealed from God, striving for the meaningless desires and whims of this short life. However, the Hijab is a journey though. No one can judge you or other sisters but Allah SWT. Keep your heart in the right place. Become a "true" believer at your own pace. Commiting to this religion should be for the sake of Allah SWT, for the fact that you sincerely believe in only Him and the Day of Judgment. This commitment should never be for what others think of you. Just remember, God is the All-Knowing, he sees your heart and intention above all. Sending lots of love!!!

Alhamdulillah, I finally got knew a way to tell other people that Islam not just ask for goodness but also a way to gain that goodness which also can tell them on don't do sin and how to avoid it.

Most of the punishments used are using the fear factor. You may think it is a bit harsh but when it is put under use, most criminals would stop committing crimes. You also need 4 witnesses to actually be proven guilty.

Concept of god in Islam is that there is one god, christianity and Judaism accepts that. In Judaism god doesnt even have an appearance just like Islam. Judaism and Islam vary only in PROPHETS not in the concept of god. The concept of God is monotheism both in Judaism and Islam. Christianity is confusing though. Islam is also a religion where god spoke to the other prophets. Judaism doesnt even agree with the concept of god in christianity, all three have a difference. The Jews dont even believe in Christ so whats the point of saying the concept of god in Judaism and Christianity are different than Islam. ALL THREE HAVE DIFFERENT CONCEPTS OF GOD. In Huinduism the first scriptures (the high ones) tell about the main things like "there is only one God and he has no image" but people are worshipping idols because the scholars/priests say that the citizens aren't good enough so they make idols for them and even if all Hindus follow the high ones the high scriptures are divided into many sects and Buddhism I've seen it, it is a very impressive religion and I respect it but it goes too far like you need to be bold, eat many vegtables and many more and most Buddhists leave their religion due to extremism and if we apply the rules of Buddhism will the world be better? Look at the part in India, a town/city where they follow Budhism 100% or most of its rules if you go there all they do is just meditate and worship the Budha And about Christianity this is a very interesting topic because WS believe a revaltion was sent to Jesus and he was a prophet but people mistook him as a God and that is why Islam and Christianity are very alike but there's still a difference in Islam we are told the basic rules of Islam to our children like praying, reading Qur'an and many more Islamic aspects and many basic life rules based on Islamic fundamentals and we learn afterwards about the sharya laws when we're older. Now the thing with Christianity is that they teach they're kids based on their understanding and the priest is the one takes care and tells you everything to do, they step now that's where the problem is the priests have known many things in the bible like for example pork is forbidden in Christianity and Islam but the priests state out another verse which says "wharever comes into your stomach comes out" and they justify that pork is edible based on this verse and many verses are edited and the bible has many versions and different books, now with Islam there is a Qur'an in all Muslim households and we refer to our shiekh if we misunderstand anything and he gives the right judment. The difference is that in Christianity along time they make their own principles and edible many things but in Islam we stick to the teaching Muhammad (S.A) and never change anything and we ONLY follow Qur'an and authentic hadith. That is why Islam is the best way of life :)

I too believe in Allah. But i don't believe that Quran is word of Allah, nor Mohammad is Allah's Rasool. I believe in the supreme being, but i don't believe in the god and concept of God given to us by the Mohammad and his Quran.

I live in Saudi arabia and worked at a store and oh oh oh we caught soooooooooo many thieves, chopping off hands is rare really it doesn't always happen since saudia doesn't practice islam properly. it's probably why it's uncommon to see chopped hands. also many guys have told me that even when a girl is all dressed up in black " abaya " and covers her face " veil " they'd still be eager to know how she looks like and whatever and so many "Covered" ladies here are sexually harassed and raped. so hijab isn't the solution to my opinion. thanks though :)

You will have to realize the essential difference between the true God, his prophets and the belonging religion and the wrong God (= Devil, Lucifer, Satan), his prophets and the belonging religions. In order to distinguish this one there will be exclusively one feature of distinction: While the true God will always be a servant of the life, the wrong God will be a servant of the death and he will command this one; in the same time this one will be the distinction between good and evil. The God of Abraham and Jesus has been a servant of the life, this God is the true God and so Jesus is the true prophet. In contrast to this Yahweh as the God of Moses and Allah as the God of Mohammed are wrong Gods, for these ones have always commanded to kill people. So not only Moses and Mohammed are wrong prophets and in the same time servants of the Devil, Lucifer or Satan; simultaneously the Judaism refering to Yahweh (but not refering to the God of Abraham!) and the Islam refering to Allah are wrong religions, this in order to mislead the faithful.

It wasn't until after Jesus' crucifixion and resurrection that omniscience was attributed to Jesus. As I said before, Jesus was cooperating with the limitations of being a man and completed His ministry on this earth. He was then glorified in His resurrection. Yet, He was still a man (cf. Col. 2:9, 1 Tim. 2:5). After Jesus' resurrection, He was able to appear and disappear at will. This is not the normal ability of a man. The resurrected person is resurrected from the dead and is the same person who was before. - 1 Corinthians 15:12, 13. From what I´ve heard the Qur´an was based on the ideas that were going on in that place and time where it was written originally. Personally I think this guy is not giving people in the past enough credit by claiming this knowledge that is in the Qur´an comes from "Allah". Actually the bible supports the fact that he wasn't crucified. Jesus said as Jonah was 3 days and 3 nights in the stomach of the fish he will be 3 days and 3 nights in the heart of the earth. The miracle of jonah was that he was alive and so Jesus must have been alive. Also in Psalms ch 91 It says that God will protect the prophet that was prophesised. I've been thinking about taking my shahada for the past 3 weeks now. The only thing that's been holding me back was making sure that when I say this testimony of faith, it is said with full sincerity. Clear intention had to be there. My heart must be in the right place. I couldn't do this until I fully understood what modesty meant for this religion. Naturally, I needed to know what the requirements of the Hijab were for women in Islam. Especially since there's countless Muslimahs on TikTok forcing the idea of Niqabs being part of our awrah (which feels extreme for a soon-to-be revert like me); which I never believed since there are millions of Muslim women who wear the Hijab head scarf normally (covering hair, neck, bosom). I was asking Allah SWT in my head back and forth for the past 3 days, asking for answers, and now this random video showed up on my homepage. Alhamdulillah. Everytime I feel like I don't have the answer to my doubts about Islam, He shows me the way.
The only advice I have for women who are also struggling with the idea of the Hijab is to not give up on the openness of your heart. Those doubts and anxieties about the head-covering are not of ill-will. You are a truth-seeker. Even despite your natural skepticism, your heart is still open to this religion because Allah still warrants it. He knows you are not a disbeliever. If he did, you would be just like any other on this Earth: heart and mind sealed from God, striving for the meaningless desires and whims of this short life.
However, the Hijab is a journey though. No one can judge you or other sisters but Allah SWT. Keep your heart in the right place. Become a "true" believer at your own pace. Commiting to this religion should be for the sake of Allah SWT, for the fact that you sincerely believe in only Him and the Day of Judgment. This commitment should never be for what others think of you. Just remember, God is the All-Knowing, he sees your heart and intention above all.

From what I´ve heard the Qur´an was based on the ideas that were going on in that place and time where it was written originally. Personally I think this guy is not giving people in the past enough credit by claiming this knowledge that is in the Qur´an comes from "Allah". People in the past managed to make incredible things fx the pyramids and stonehenge just for starts, evidently some people in the past knew alot more than we give them credit for.

Actually the bible supports the fact that he wasn't crucified. Jesus said as Jonah was 3 days and 3 nights in the stomach of the fish he will be 3 days and 3 nights in the heart of the earth. The miracle of jonah was that he was alive and so Jesus must have been alive. Also in Psalms ch 91 It says that God will protect the prophet that was prophesised. In there were no eye witnesses because everyone fled.
