Small tip: you should include some notebooks as well. More importantly, if you can get a graphing notebook for math (no matter the subject) it will help you a lot. I wouldn’t recommend a college ruled notebook for math since at some point you might need to do some graphing, and using a graph ruled notebook makes it easier to draw out your charts. Only get the college ruled ones for English, maybe one for science classes for taking notes. I’m not being sponsored by graphing notebooks. I’m handing out this tip because you have no idea how many people suffered in my Geometry class this year when we got to the subject on slopes and transversals. I didn’t have a graphing notebook, and not many of my classmates had one either. We had to use graphing paper instead, but it was annoying to implement that into our notebooks, the sheets kept getting lost, we kept running out of graphed paper, etc. I really mean it when I say it’s much easier to get a graphed notebook for math.
My math teacher in 8th grade would dock us for using lined paper, so I got in the habit of using graph paper. Never looked back and to this day, I find doing math on lined paper weird. Graph paper is just so much better.

those 4 colour saved me when i was in year 7 and 8
Can confirm, a good pen is very essential
Wrote with a new pen everyday cuz those cheap ass pens kept failing, writing felt awful and scratchy, I hated writing in class and avoided it as much as I could
But then I got a proper pen and now I love writing and it's just a pleasure
You forgot the ruler
This was exactly the setup I rocked in high school, simple and I don’t lose a whole days work if I forgot a binder for a specific class
Im gonna leave this message for myself here, we made it !❤️
Im in middle school so fancy markers and pens will actually help me cuz we still do a lot of coloring and posters
"me taking two pens one marker and a scale to my exam"
Multi colored pens are the meta right now
wow im using that exact four color pen in school right now to color code mynotes
(red for doodles) bc i can't keep not doodling after i finish writing a sentence.
(black for main notes)
(green for important)
and i forget what the other one is for probably for other
I would also get white out cuz that sometimes helps me
The tabs on those BIC mechanical pencils ALWAYS BREAK.
better get the ones with built-in in metal tip
My go-to are notebooks, regular pencil, mechanical pencil (always .7), extra lead, pencil sharpener, eraser, and some folders. I used to also try to use index card for flash cards, but now I just make mine/use someone else's on Quizlet.
The four color pen is SUPER useful. Thanks Gohar
I remember last year I passed with straight A’s and then my dad was so proud he bought me a new phone and I still have it till this day.
The supplies actually help and motivate me😊
sticky notes are an essential for me. i could never live without them because they’re so useful, especially for studying.
I don't need stuff, but it helps me feel organized which helps control stress and makes me happier.
He just named the only supplies I have💀
Bruh I remember being in school having all this X amount of stuff. My backpack was so messy because I didn’t have a locker. When all I needed was five folders label whatever class period and a couple of pencils and pens to help me out to be better organized. Man, sometimes, less is more. 😫
im about to finish my 3rd year in college and I can confidently say that I haven't even used half of the one piece cattleya filler I had since my first year. in college, you don't really need that much school supplies but a printer is a must have
For me:
One inch binder, Rocketbooks, pen, pencil, calculator, lined paper plus graph paper, sticky
notes, and a freaking pound of school spirit.
In *some cases* as per psychology using different art supplies can also motivate us.....
I love your videos
I think these will help me in middle school
The ten colured pend are the pens that you broke in like 10 minutes because you try to press all of them at once and you would still buy it to break it again 😂
As a person who is pretty good at drawing kind of need extra stuff and stationery cause that makes me happy ( that's my opinion,) and I love art and school stationery cause I've never got one I only had colors and markers which were extra
3 years into uni and I never realised how much better a simple iPad/tablet is over carrying my shitty folders in my back as long with my shitty pencil and my shitty drawn notes.
Thanks for telling me this!! I’m still currently stuck in high school for 3 more years this will be necessary for me after the holidays
I frickin LOVE the multicolor pens, i cant go anywhere without one!
You over overestimate my ability to not lose things
Honestly I feel more comfortable using the traditional binders and papers and all that jaz instead of using excel and computers for my college work. Anyone else?
when the school doesn’t send out lists so you have to wait until school starts and then all the good stuff is gone 😬
the multicolored pen is legendary. I LOVE THEM.
Usually what I get is a fidget pen, it helps me, I also get transparent sticky notes to draw diagrams, then I stick them on my notes, it helps me study for exams
I need
-binder (my parents have those tho)
-notebooks
-0.5 kuro toga pencils & lead (my fac)
-RGB pens
-calculator
-eraser
thats exactly what I have right now going to high school, except that I use normal pencils than mechanical pencils
No cause my school made me buy highlighters, had to be 5 colors, colored paper, a binder for each subject, and so much more. But the students who didn’t buy it, got failed on the spot. We didn’t even need 2/3 of that sh*t😭
Thanks bro I'm gonna do so good this year, thanks for this advice I promise!
