I have been coaching Owen for the last five years , back then when we first meet up , Owen Swam 50m in the pool taking 1 minute 19 seconds , and 5 years later Owen has Swum Coniston End2End and taking his age group Win in a time of 2 hours 43 minutes , then Taking on the coldest of our lakes Ulswater a 7.5 mile , and now his is a WOW Swimmer at only 17 years of age, Owen Coach Bob has never been so Proud, you achieve each and every one of your Goals , #justkeepswimming
