WOW 2021 - Windermere one way swim Aug 2021

Took a while but here's my swim from last years Windermere end to end. It was a bit of a disaster as my sore shoulder (which turned out to be an impinged tendon) gave up about mile 7, so I limped just using my right arm for the rest of the distance. I stubbornly kept going and completed in 8 hours, not the time that I wanted but considering the shoulder issue I'll not complain. The good news is that my shoulder is lovely and healthy now,Ii'm back swimming and planning future adventures 😊
