The first time I heard this song, the first name popped in my head Farron Young. Amazing. His album Mr. Jukebox is amazing. Another country artist you all need to check out is Zephaniah O'Hara. These guys are pure country that the radio won't play.
I spent over 40 years in country music radio. Even working for Buck Owens at one of his radio stations. I am OLD SCHOOL and am loving this guy. I am for sure ordering his album....! Keep it coming Joshua...Lovin THIS A LOT
Sooooooooo happy - what an awesome authentic 50's country classic! Thank you - I LOVE IT. Ordered your CD immediately on hearing this song! Keep it country!
we were on holiday from Ireland in Nashville july2017 and had the pleasure of meeting Joshua in Roberts western world ,his voice is amazing and hopefully sometime we will have the pleasure of a tour to Ireland from him ....
Can't wait for this to be released. I preferred the version in Master of None, the refrain really showcased his upper vocal range! Still, he's got to remain true to his style/art. Amazingly talented musician.
Now this is what I call country music . Amazing guy . Just brought his Album .

Beautiful!
Where did you find those "country" musicians? I thought Nashville only employed rock musicians these days. Loved it.
This song makes me want to be sitting in my corner with my little table by the jukebox with a Lone Star Beer with the top label peeled off.

He is just that good!
I don't know how this guy hasn't been signed by any label he has a classic country music sound
Just got picked up by Jack White's Third Man Records.
You answered your own question really, Nashville isn't looking for the classic sound. Thank God for Jack White.
Labels turn the Hedleys and Jennings' of the world into Bryans and Swindells. Underground country will always remain supreme and stick to its roots
Good stuff! Keep it coming. Congrats on the signing with 3rd Man.
