@@TAXSHELTER when I go in on sarsefiling and I call up the individual there is no organization tab. When I go to one of his companies on the profile the organization tab comes up. The individual is an attorney and practice under his own name. Should I reclassify the individual as an organization.

Yes if you have a contract that shows you will meet the criteria I have mentioned then you may yes. However having good that cost above the criteria is not sufficient.
