Thanks for an interesting tour of Sölvesborg! It seems they have kept a lot of the old buildings and historical structure in the city, I like that a lot! The court house designed by Asplund has an entrance that to me more looks like a night club than a court house. :) You mentioned Helgo Zetterwall and Alfred Hellerström in the video, both have designed beautiful buildings in Lund. Hellerström designed Grand Hotel in Lund and also University Library (UB1) which in some competitions is considered to be one of the most beautiful buildings in Sweden. I have seen that Sölvesborg bridge from the train, but never realised that it was that long! Good timing that when you filmed it there were a couple of bicyclists and one runner using it, gives the impression that it is well appreciated!

I did not really think about it when walking past the court house but now that you mention it, I can certainly see it :) It's a shame I missed the University Library and Grand Hotel (and a lot of other things) on my walk in Lund, I'm going to have to return there at some point and hope for better weather so that I can take a longer walk around the city.
I was so happy to find this video i am from sölvesborg 20 years ago and i miss is very much.I lived in Ysane in my teen ages...Can i ask you could you film Bokelundskolan and i went to that school 1980-83...would be very nice .. and if you can film the Hjortakroken would be nice...Thank you,,,Tackar
