I use to work at a place called Sidewater Recycling Center in Marietta Ga......I LOVED THAT JOB.....I WOULD STILL BE WORKING THERE IF THEY DIDN'T GO OUT OF BUSINESS.....I started working there in 1981 & they went out of business in 1989.....saddest day of my life when it went out of business.

Nice machine! Need your technical expertise. I have a small extruder and the entire barrel moves in a circular pattern maybe 1-2mm or so - which makes it very difficult to maintain tolerances on the product extruded. I thought it was due to a screw that was broken and repaired and assumed might not be 100% straight, but the same thing happens also with a new screw... what could be the cause? The motor and the gear box? A bent shaft that connects to the screw? Maybe the extruded not being level properly on a hard surface (it is on a wooden pallet)? A bent or worn out barrel?
