It's two videos, recylcing plastic... and then a totally different video on making plastic plates from a powder of some kind... not related at all, despite the title implication. Still interesting to watch though.
I like these videos. As an American, it is refreshing to see young men actually working and creating things, instead of stealing cars and robbing convenience stores.
These guys are best utilising the recycling system not just plastic, they even recycle metals thus reducing the necessity for mining and dependency of raw materials. All needed is some safety regulations and guidelines from the government.
I wish these videos were honest, why confuse people by showing a thermoform plastic being recycled into pellets then lying and claiming it somehow inexplicably magically becomes a powdered thermoset phenolic resin used for plates. People they are two different materials with very different chemical properties, you might as well show putting cookies in the oven and taking a steak out it's just ridiculous. Information rather than lies? how about it youtube?
People must be civilized. They ask of how plastic be white or yellow colour while they see each and everything being done in industry!!!!!!!. Marvelous.
1st process (taking scrap plastic to nurdles) has no connection to 2nd process of forming melamine tableware..at some point I thought they were going to sandwich a layer of material made with the recycled plastic.... but no !
That's what I was thinking. Just make a scoop that is close to what you think you need and save yourself time. You probably have 5% waste material squirting out anyways.
Я просмотрел ваш труд!с уважением вас всех.после этого даже не хочется смотреть в Ютубе клоунов которые просто кривляться.вот тут настоящие работяги!хвала им❤
The back should not be made of black plastic, it is the yellow powder that they poured into the mould that formed the shape directly, otherwise it would not be possible to mix the black and yellow so perfectly and evenly
The first half is plastic recycling and re-granulation, while the second half is melamine tableware production and manufacturing. The procedures are not the same thing.
It's much worse. Melanin is among the deadliest plastics. Entering the body through food, especially if it is heated, it accumulates and causes the so-called plastic stones in the kidneys, which lead to kidney failure even if they are completely removed surgically, and in larger doses to death. This material should not be used for human or animal food, but here it is used specifically for food. It is not a problem for chairs, vases and such, but not for food and liquids that are swallowed.
That is basically a microplastic production facility. Also editing is off, they recycle at first and suddenly plastic material changes. And boy, how much plastic and melamine particles they inhale daily!!! Amazing how peoples life and health means nothing.
I’ve told this before. My uncle worked for aircraft co. In so. California. He said all he does all day long is, “hold my thing up to someone else’s thing”. I get paid
@@AmazingGlobalSkills But your video is very irrelevant. the initial video is the recycling process for thermoplastic material (polyprophilene). but the plate production process uses thermosetting resin (melamine) and Thermosetting resin cannot be recycled

Their workers aren't using glabs for their protection or maybe the employer didn't required to use it or no budget for that, no protection of these employees they're really sorry
I think it would be a lot safer for y’all to get a snow shovel or a trash shovel with the handle and keep your head away from that turning wheel and , gloves, glasses, earplugs think about your health and your lungs you need them to stay alive
In the final process where the 'flash' is ground off the plates, at least there there is an exhaust fan to blow the dust out onto the street. (-where it becomes the microplastics that are pervasive in our environment.)
black plastic changes to the yellow and red plastic. This is a magic.
The guy grinding the trays life expectancy dropped by 30 years just from that one tray!
looks to me all the plastic is not the same type of plastic. Perhaps some ABS, PET or whatever mixed. Not all plastic is recycleable 😢
Blessed are the hands of the one who toils for the sake of others.

What do the black pellets have to do with the yellow powder? Please explain the connection.
thats what i were thinking & the fact that the powder is not recycled plasic is brand new
Its two videos, and almost clickbait... . Almost
No gloves no boots no mask! They're strong people
Sick people
Probably underpaid, overworked, and unappreciated.. In a term "Strong" would be technically true

And you're wondering why there's nano plastics, they literally grind it in a poweder and blow it in the air.
Bloody hell, health and safety would have a ball in this place 😮
Proud to you guys..you have been save ourplanet ❤
Thanks Dear.
Interesting: making black beans from scrap (to make some chairs etc.) then pressing plates from new melamine (?) powder. What is the connection?
He is misleading the people, plates are made from bakelite while in the first of the video, the scrap is HDPE and LDPE
How did black and grey plastics turned into Orange and Red plates?\
Never mind that. I’m still trying to understand why they get to have Pajama day at work and I don’t.
Is that melamine powder they add ? - I hope they don't end up in our UK food companies.
People must be civilized. They ask of how plastic be white or yellow colour while they see each and everything being done in industry!!!!!!!. Marvelous.
Thanks!!!
Maybe they should put someone that does not have the “shakes” on the ‘grinding off the extreme excess of the yellow trays’ job?!?!
I think the shakes is the result of years of grinding those trays.
Это что, единственная страна в мире, где перерабатывают пластик? 😮
Microplastic. Yummy!
How is the plastic colored. Please include the full process.
6-я минута, теперь ясно значение слова шара...бится :))
Brother, I have no understanding of this video. You have shown plastic grains at the start and at the end you have shown melamine pots.
We will explain this process in detail in some other video keep connected. Thanks!
I was H&S Manager in the past. I weep seeing this... :(
I saw a similar video where a guy stood on top of a plastic deck chair to dump a bag of pellets into the hopper of an injection molding machine. 😂
Amazing recycling ❤
Bro can you tell which city of Pakistan is it?
Хорошее дело делаете. Жаль что в таких тяжелых условиях.
Thanks dear.
That is some cleaning process. Bet it gets rid of zero toxic chemicals/metals, that are going to be turned into plates. I hope this is not exported.
You're saying the severed push broom heads won't get rid of the carcinogens and god only knows what else? 😂

1st process (taking scrap plastic to nurdles) has no connection to 2nd process of forming melamine tableware..at some point I thought they were going to sandwich a layer of material made with the recycled plastic.... but no !
I hear the trays are more digestible than the food.
Why clean it just to throw it all back on the ground with dirt to dry 😒
🧐🙄
why bother to weight powder on filthy scales that are probably not calibrated correctly any way

It can’t, mixed plastic only becomes black
