I have about 4 different full fullback training videos and you can use all of them! They are all very good for fullbacks. I personally play as a fullback so there will be lots more fullback-specific training.

Then use these attributes by playing within yourself, not to "impress" to benefit the team. Can you make yourself an option to play to at all times? Do you make the unselfish extra runs to help your teammates defend or progress forward? Are you able to play crosses into dangerous spaces with the right pace? Focus on the things your good at and play within yourself!

4-5 reps of each depending on how your body feels, rest about 30-45 seconds between reps.
