Thanks for visiting us at Foodstory Eddy! Glad you enjoyed our hot chocolate and cinnamon bun! Aberdeen is really a wonderful place isn't it and there's still so much to see and do if you ever come back, especially if you visit the shire, north, south and west!
It's very poignant that you visited the Denis Law statue. I'm so glad you visited my home city. Marischal College is my favourite building. It used to be part of the University but now it houses the council offices. I've never seen it so quiet 😂 All the buildings in the city centre are made of granite, that's why Aberdeen is called the Granite City. If I'd known you were at Pittodrie, I'd have come and said hi. So sorry about your drone 😢
Your videos are more than good enough without the drone footage. You are the star of the videos 👌🏻. The bridge that you crashed it at, in the evening you can see the seals swimming under to settle for the night
Hi Eddy i love your vlogs! I'm so happy you have fallen in love with my Scotland 🏴! You should come to Arbroath its 10 mins from Dundee its where the declaration of Arbroath was signed it has lots and lots of things for you to love and explore and we also have the closest football park to the sea in Europe Arbroath FC 🇱🇻 look it up! If you want to come give me a shout and would be happy to show you around 🏴🏴 keep up the amazing work! Keep smiling sorry about your drone too x
Thank you for coming to Aberdeen, I wish you had visited in the summer as that's when Aberdeen is at it's best. The main street in Aberdeen used to be extremely busy but the local council have killed it with ULEZ and silly restrictions. Hopefully you'll get some really good suggestions in the comments of things to come and see for when you come back :).
I think you missed the big leopard statue. Its near the denis law one, but its surrounded by the new buildings there so its well hidden. Its best at night though when it is lit up.
Eddie i enjoy yer programmes and always u have a smile on yer face this inc just after losing yer drone sadly . Made me laugh not the losing your drone , but your reaction about it near the end in yer car . Sure youll get another chance in a nice day with another drone , but make sure you have enough power within the batteries within the drone , as batteries run out shall drop . And you can get many great pics to show in time . Good Vlogs you do . Awe the best and take care 👍
Always amazes me when new faces come to our City and are in shock at the amazing sites they see like Marischal College which we are all so used to seeing everyday and even better seeing Busker Bob Dylan outside St Nicholas
Next time you come to Aberdeen, as well as the lighthouse, you have to go and see the fishing village at Fittie, which is just a bit down from the food vans. You did the right thing going back to Marischal College and going along Upper Kirkgate and Schoolhill as there are lots of interesting buildings there. The Spectra Festival of Light will be concentrated in that area and Union Terrace Gardens. Robert Bruce had a lot of influence on Aberdeen. Following the citizens of Aberdeen's help in capturing Aberdeen Castle in 1308, he granted the City the Stocket Forrest which provided funding for The Common Good Fund, which is till going to this day.
Thank you for coming to my hometown 🥰 next time you come to Aberdeen you should go to the Fittie village which is just down from where you was & there is some lovely parks in Aberdeen hazlehead has a petting zoo & a maze & Duthie park has the winter gardens 🥰
Eddy, Sorry you lost your drone I would have been gutted at loosing it also. Aberdeen is a lovely city I’ve been there a few times recently but never ventured in to the city centre. It certainly seems spotlessly clean and your enthusiasm makes any where seem special. Great video 👍
Great video Eddy, The granite city is stunning and you showcased it well. Devastating about the drone but hopefully ot cab be replaced. Some timing fir visiting Denis Law statue 🙏 £9.25 is a bit much for a hot chocolate and cinnamon bun tho 😮
I watched because you went to my home Aberdeen but I’m subscribing for you ❤ I’m sorry for your drone I wouldn’t have reacted the way you did! A much better man then me 😂
Man , I've lived in Aberdeen all of my 67 years and it's taken an Englishman to show me places I've never seen ,damn I've got to get out more ,great video
I lived in Aberdeen 17 years but only on year 15 when i lost my dad did i spend a lot! I mean all my free time out exploring. I was in strange place mentally and going home was painful so i literally spent most hours especially in summer out. Lots of cool things around and in the shire its amazing, i spent so many evenings at Newburgh on bennachie! Was sad i didn’t enjoy more of that stuff before and miss it now that im away from abz ! But i don’t miss the traffic and parking!!
Sorry about the drone, Eddy, perhaps a 13th century bridge is unimpressed with 21st century technology! I do think that the City of Aberdeen should reimburse you for your loss, as your enthusiasm for all things Scotland is priceless.😂
I could imagine you wanting to turn the clock back seeing yourself arriving in Aberdeen, and arriving at that bridge. I know i did, for you. I see you did not have time to try out the oldest maze in Scotland in Hazelhead park. If only you had gone there with your drone instead of the oldest bridge. 😢

My mum was lucky enough to meet Denis Law once If there's a magnet fishing group locally they might be able to help fish your drone out.
I have given up on the drone 🥹. I’m forever connected with the bridge 😂😂

I used to play in the wooden fort in Hazelhead park. Its sadly all gone now.
It was in 1973 when I was 13 when I tried out the maze. I presume it is still there.

Sad loss of the drone buddy , it’s become an aberdronian now
I’ll never forget Aberdeen now 🤣🤣
£9.25 😳
Aberdeen is lovely I love. Here it's just a shame that it's ruined with drugs and souless people. Still plenty good people around. But outnumbered
Why don’t you try and link up with a pro landscape photographer that goes a hike into the mountains, you could help carry equipment in exchange,
Hate Aberdeen and always will. Worked up there in 2007 and got mugged never went back to the place even for football
Don't know where you're from mate , but that could happen in any city or town in uk
another going to ruin
