La pompa bosch alta pressione ha una vite di regolazione flusso gasolio sopra la testa della stessa che di solito ha un sigillo di sicurezza ed un pionbino.basta regolare il flusso e non fuma più senza bisogno di sostituire paraolio valvole o altro perché il fumo è nero e non bluastro.
Se ha la cav lucas come pompa invece si regola il flusso al fianco della stessa sotto la vite coperchio di plastica con una brugola da 5 .si mette in posizione pms 1cilindro e dal foro laterale della pompa sotto lo spurgo si vede la vite di regolazione flusso.
sorry but as a mechanic i simply don't believe do you done 400.000km with fuel turned up like that. those VM motors are weak at the best of times. I think your telling fibs. get a pyrometer gauge anything over 650c and your doing damage.

injectors repaired an year ago ;-)....the smoke is only from 3000 to 4000 rpm with full gas ;-)
youre engine last long doing that, that will melt the pistons
now it has 400'000 km...doing that.
simply heating it well and doing maintenance. ;-)
