Where did you get the info that the mcu is scrapping EVERYTHING because all I can find is that they are scrapping some projects but not all

Yeah, they're only scrapping a few things. There's no way they would get rid of Spidey as he is one of their biggest money makers and wouldn't make sense to just scrap everything before their next big crosssover
