Thank you so much for your kind support for the channel. More RS6 content coming very soon and hopefully a new exciting project 😀.
@@InDadsGarage we are all looking forward to it!! Keep up with your great content!
Nice video… still giving me anxiety wondering where all the parts are going back! 🤪 But coming back together nicely. Looking forward to the next video and hearing the roar!!! 🦁
Slowly coming together. Thanks for watching and following the journey ;0)
Great video 👌🏽
I have a new issue with my car with boost leak, 1.4bar and we should reach 1.9 -2.0.
Fix one job and find another!, Labour of love. My recommendations would be BIGGER, FASTERRR Turbos lol

Don’t waste your time, I’m almost sure all these engines smells gasoline from the oil cap. You changed both HPFPs and the oil separator and you should be fine. My theory is that some vapours takes their way up. I checked with 5 others 4.0T cars and it’s the same.
I did buy TS1 turbos🤣
Great channel 👏🏽. Going to be doing the same on my S6 in a few weeks and dropping in larger turbos at the same time. Will use this as a reference. Oh and is that a Teesside accent I’m hearing?
Hey thanks for watching and pleased you found it useful. “Bigger, betterer, fasterer” Turbos are the way to go 💪. Good luck with the install. Haha it’s a County Durham accent with some Cleveland influence 😂
Hi thanks for the video.
Is the oem oil separator/pcv a mahle brand?
Just seen at 10.51 it's the mahle brand. Thanks.
Great vid. Did you do a video on the HPFP changes? Unsure if you did the cam followers
Hi thanks for watching. I haven't done a video yet on the HPFP's but will be doing one in the near future so stay tuned. I have changed the Cam followers when I previously changed the pumps but will be looking to upgrade the internals in the next video on this.
You are a mechanic? Where did you learn to do everything yourself in a car like that? I am a financial person and I would like to learn specific Audi RS6 mechanics so I can do it myself and not have to pay ridiculous prices. Any suggestions? And what screwdriver do you recommend that I don't have because it's homemade and for less than 100 pounds?
Hi thanks for watching and taking the time to leave a comment. I don't have any training in mechanics what so ever. I am self taught and just learn from videos on TH-cam and by giving things a go! It can feel scary taking thing apart but you just have to tackle it with confidence. Having the right tools also helps greatly and something you need to build up over time. A good socket set is essential. Most of my stuff is Halfords Advanced which serves me well.

I was only telling you because my dream is to buy an RS6 C7.5... with Bose or Bang. But I like the video on the screen and everything you do with the car because in the future I would like to fix it myself. You are a crack. And I love the car.
@@InDadsGarage when you Buy the car? and where? in internet? do you happy Bose sound or prefer Bang?
Couldn’t find the email on your channel bud, also how do you find out if ur car has had these recalls and if recalls have been done or not
Do you have to remove the front bumper to do relocation strainer kit
Hi, thanks for your comment. Yes its a bummer off unfortunately along with the radiator and PCV unit. Check out my other videos for a details look at what's involved.
Do you have a link to the audi parts dealer you used please?
Regards Graham
Hey, I used my local Audi main dealer for most of the parts (including a couple ordered off eBay Audi but collected from Audi) . However for the side gaskets I used Parthaus Ltd. For the charge cooler I ordered mine from LLLparts.co.uk but it took over 3 weeks to arrive. I would actually recommend looking on Auto Doc for a charge cooler. Check out my next video (going live tomorrow) for parts numbers on that. Thanks for watching :)
how are the timing chains on these cars?
From what I been hearing is these engines are actually pretty reliable deposit the oil screen and pcv
@@N54-Mike thank you
After re-installing the intercooler, are the orange seals (end of your video) visible at the mating surface? I'm seeing maybe 1mm of orange seal showing in the gap between bolts. There's no leaks but it does not seem correct. I'm wondering if the dealership contaminated the seals causing them to bulge. th-cam.com/video/37Vm8yWuN7s/w-d-xo.html
Hey thanks for your comment, I’m just in the process of recording the next video and re-installation of the intercooler and I also have a slight visible gap of the gaskets so I think that normal. The gaskets sit proud and the mating surface is flat so this seems ok 👍
@@InDadsGarage Thanks for confirming. It might be something interesting to cover in your video as it was not what I expected. There must be some flex in mating surface as I don't see any gap near the bolts.
Turbo oil drains shouldn't need a filter that stupid AF if anything they need 6000 mile oils servicing you would think they would have learnt their lesson put silly filter where they are not needed
It’s not drain, it’s on the pressure side. But I agree, there’s no need for a filter there. Some have taken the strainer out completely w/o issues.
I took out the new one from Audi, it’s feels safer for the turbo chargers.
