To be quite honest when Oro first fight against Akuma Oro started that if we both keep fighting each other where going to kill one another so that fight between them is still unknown who actually won but Gouken did defeat Akuma even though Akuma did the same to Gouken.
Just now realizing this dude actually has a second arm but keeps it under wraps in his clothes. That’s the second most badass thing about Oro only being outclassed by the fact he rides on top of airplanes to get where he needs to go.

I always think the Street Fighter characters can actually fit in the DBZ Universe! Oro would make a great Senin for Goku and Tien!
