The Kawasaki tyrx is the shit... Low geared and people say it's slow... Well buddy it's slow for a reason it climbs up trails and hills like no other.. when others get stuck the tyrx blows thru... So
I agree great side by side. I own a 2017 same color. Mine is still factory and never had any problems with it. Family really enjoys it. Looking forward to do some up grades myself. Very comfortable ride. The fox factory shocks are amazing to adjust on the trails for the terrain. I was sold on mine for the short wheel base also.

I won’t call Polaris junk but they really are. Park on the main entrance road of any utv park and see which brand is being towed back to camp with a chain or rope you’ll see what I mean.
all my friends have Polaris rzrs and I went with the Teryx. For what I want it it was the best choice for me and the fam. buying a trailer today and picking up the teryx tomorrow
@@garretth0707 if you can get a new one go for it. The three year warranty 9b them is the best. Between this one and the Yamaha you can't go wrong with one or the other.

Nice choice bubba. I have tried them all, and will stay with the Terry. Shorter wheel base, less H.P. but all I need. More leg room. Have never felt under powered with the Terry
For the price you cant beat the Teryx 4. I have a 2018 camo model. I didn't get the alu wheels or the colored seats but I didn't care for that since I use it for camping and hunting. The build quality is freaking awesome. They are built like tanks and can climb like you wouldn't believe.
If you havent already get super ATV arms and bandit shocks you absolutely cannot beat the ride maybe the bester elka shock kit would beat it hes gone through the painstaking process of custom valving custome bodies etc. Its worth every penny for the custom shocks the ride after will absolutely blow your mind
I considered a Teryx4, it's an awesome trail machine, but I wasn't willing to sacrifice the performance you get with the RZR. Double the horsepower, double the suspension travel. I agree that 50mph is fine for trails, but it's not enough as a top speed. My XP1K will "cruise" at 50, hit the gas and it pulls just as hard from 50 as it does from a stop. The suspension on the RZR is good enough to handle rough terrain north of 70mph.
@Jesus is the Christ _So...I'm not sure if you were drunk when you wrote this or what, but it's borderline incoherent. The Teryx engine is 58hp. The XP1K engine is 110hp. That's pretty damn close to double. Engine displacement has nothing to do with HP in this situation. Bypassing the Teryx speedo allows it to go 62mph? Bypassing the RZR 1K speedo allows it to go 90mph. I wasn't attacking you or the Teryx, it's a nice machine. Just pointing out the performance differences that steered me to the RZR. If I only did low-speed to medium-speed trail riding the Teryx would be a great choice , but high-speed, rough terrain and the RZR will walk away from the Teryx with no effort. The RZR XP platform is like a miniature Trophy truck. If you've never driven one, you should try it. It is incredible!
Jesus is the Christ _ umm yeah you dont know anything about sxs. I raced a tyrex in my honda pioneer and i beat it pretty bad to 50mph and then let off cuz i felt bad. I also owned a tyrex and the honda talon will absoulutely beat it. The polaris ranger would beat it. And yeah a 1000cc can am has double the horse power yours only has 58 horsepower. Tyrex is slow as fuck my bruteforce is faster. Thats pathetic.
@Muhammad_HUMPed_Watermelon - My teryx4 for is light years slower than my friends rzr 4 1000. The suspension is phenominal also on the razor. It puts like 10 lengths on me straight out of the whole and does 80+. I Like the teryx though great for cruising with family. Built very well.

Nice video! Is there a lift kit on this? Would you say the noise level in the cab is really bad? I currently have a Pioneer 500 but know I will be upgrading to a 4-seater in the near future. I’m between the Teryx, Pioneer 1000-5, and Wolverine X4. Tough choice, all have their pros.
I had a pioneer 700. And was in the same debate. Found a used pioneer 1000-5 LE with 200 miles on it. It’s great. It’s a blessing to be able to go 60 down a gravel road to get somewhere.
