Nice video. I use this board at my church amd have grown to like it a lot.
I came from the old school world of analog Knob Goblin mixers and outboard gear.
I was amazed at how easy it was to convert over to a completely digital board.
I still love the analog mixers such as my personal MACKIE 24x 8 BUSS mixer and outboard gear, but this Allen & Heath is a great machine.👍

I want one, have a Mod 2 from 1972, a Qu-SB and a SQ5, SB and SQ are fully integrated into one system, the routing possibilities are unbelievable, but integrating a SQ with an AVANTIS, SQ for stage duties and AVANTIS for FOH the possibilities are phenomenal both for live and studio duties, I use the SQ as my heart of my studio in conjunction with Cubase, the Mod II for old analog flavouring and analog summing, would love to have my Mod II refurbished (with full metal body for shielding and +4dB symmetrical lines for in,out and insert), don’t know where to start though……and then there’s also the question of money, if I were a rich man, dada da da, dada dada dum…..😊

Great video. Quick question. Does your Avantis course cover topics such as routing with Dante?

We just setup Dante at our church. Super easy. For us, the routing was within the Dante controller software. Not the console. We run three A&H consoles. Avantis at FOH, SQ6 on monitors and SQ7 at broadcast. The SQ6 is the master console that initially receives the xlr signals.
