I can't believe how well they did the dialogue between these characters. All 4 games (except this one) have exceptional dialogue for our heroes

I didn't play this when I was younger, only the DS version of Globs of Doom. But this game and the ps2 version of Globs of Doom are my favorite Nicktoons Unite Games

It's even Lamphaded when Calamitous is listing off the heroes he says at the end " Have I forgotten anyone ?"
I can see two scenarios like...
For Jenny? After she gets freed she'd question where she is and try to call her mom like in the show, but no signal this time and she'd ask who everyone is and get introduced to the cast, and would eventually become buddies and join the cast
And as for Gir? After he gets free, he would panic about where zim is and ask to stop for food on the way.

8:03 Hey, Looked! Nickelodeon (or more accurately Blue Tongue Entertainment) had already came up with the idea of amiibos in 2007, before Nintendo did years later! Also! Animation for the cutscenes (especially, that one!) in this game is great, and really does give to life, to character models that other wise would look creepy!

Honestly the music for this makes me wish for a film version of this game. It’s so cinematic.
Best Nicktoons game out of the four. All around, story, roster, replay value..
Fun fact: Invader Zim was supposed to be the main villain of this game, not Prof. Calamitous. It especially becomes evident when you spot all of the Irk references.
Timestamps to the references:
- 0:50 Irken soldier drawn on the chalkboard
- 5:20 the room (and the other rooms that hold the extra characters from what I can remember) is bright magenta, which is the signature Irken color.
- 6:30 Irken symbol on the big red button
- 10:21 Irken soldiers shown on the hologram (they're referred to as Saucer Men for some reason)
- 11:13 not a direct reference, but that evil toy minion gives me serious GIR vibes lol

where did you get the information that zim was originally supposed to be the main villain
Honestly it's totally believable that they had to write around it using Calamitous. There's no possible way that man just so happened to get his hands on Irken technology and soliders. Considering Zim was the main antagonist of Freeze Frame Frenzy it would've made sense to have him appear as a console villain. He would've much sooner if the Nicktoons Snapshot game didn't get canned.
An unused line for Jimmy states that he believes that the professor could never have built the EviltoyCo all himself, which leads me to think there was some cross-involvement between the two, wether it was intended to be explored more or just be a great big mystery who knows. But what I gather from this line is that the professor wasn’t a replacement villain, rather there may be plot details that were lost along the way in development.

I never knew about that, and how did I missed all of that? I imagine they must’ve stuck with that idea for a long while that they had to rewrite and re-record all mentions of Zim to Calamitous.

She was a playable character. I should know because I remember renting that game and playing it on my Wii. I even saw her in the commercial for it. When I unlocked her and got to play as her, I was happy, because truth of the matter is I actually love her.

Jenny, Gir, Stimpy & Rocko don't add much to the story, there just there for fun

As well as Stimpy, Rocko, and GIR.
I think it's like Marvel Ultimate Alliance. There are the main characters who are in all the cutscenes, (Captain America, Thor, etc.) then there are the additional heroes you can swap out and play as, which would be Jenny, Stimpy, Rocko, and GIR. (Colossus, Mr. Fantastic, Deadpool, etc.) who aren't prominent in the story nor featured in the cutscenes.
That’s what I was thinking. Their cartoons weren’t really that prominent in the continuity as well as them only getting rescued as master models, which may justify them not being in cutscenes. SpongeBob, Danny, Patrick, Sam, Timmy (plus his fairies) and Jimmy are respectively from the four Nicktoons that make the continuity, and Tak, while not initially involved, was more properly introduced to the former characters here, so that would justify them being the main focuses.
Nicktoons Attack of the Toybots also features Stimpy, Rocko, Jenny Wakeman and Gir.
Can somebody, or group of people, please reanimate the cutscenes for this game, like in the style of each of these shows or something? That’d be amazing!

sometimes there are games that i played that never had a good ending...
Thats why the stories who have no designated good or bad side and instead have two sides who both believe they are right are always the best stories. You can almost always understand where each side is coming from and it might even make you question what you consider is good.

This is basically a jimmy neutron game with other nicktoons. The man hogs the spotlight once he gets rescued. I don’t really mind though, since he’s my favourite nick toon.

True that, Jimmy is pretty much the main guy who's started this crossover and i would very well say he's the leader as well. That's true Calamitous is a reaccuring villain as well.Besides the games, there was this one ride from universal studios where he's the main host of all nicktoons. Jimmy is also my favorite nicktoon too.
