I really have to commend this channel; the explanations are so amazing and what makes it better is that they deviate from the book definition (which they also explain thoroughly) to include their own experience and views. Really glad I came across this channel and just when I am prepping to start my new job as an investment analyst haha. Great possibility I sign up for the full length course in the near future!

I didn't understand one thing...why is company showing openly in their annual report that they are using fund of 43cr for buying residential properties for promoters...
You've to zoom your screen number isn't clear
Irregularities To Look Into:
Cost of raw materials and operating profit margin
Company top executives increase in salaries
abnormal increase in company's promotor
Giving lead of the project of higher amount than the actual annual salary of the employee.
Company offering loans without any interest and accountability to particular groups

Applies to traders also who takes position based on annual and quarterly earnings .
Most of the time they depend on technical analysis as in those green and red candles chart because they will be trading on 15 mins, 1 hour or within a day basis..
They have a long term plan so it's more appropriate for investors.
