I'm mad when I lose a bait I bought at wal-mart I can't imagine spending all day making a beautiful bait like that and losing it. Lol 😫😫😫

This Guy does something special. He inspired me to start making baits too. Didnt think i would feel so Creative and satisfied doing this. But this hobby provides allot of Good things. I promise your son is having a blast making His own stuff and when i he catches His first fish on a Home made bait, that relation with baitmaking Will be a lifetime lovestory 👌

I had a nice small pond I use to fish, always nailed bass there, amd one year I went back, there was nothing in there but frogs and minnows. Don't know what happened, it was pretty shallow, but had one spot, atleast 10-12 ft so was deep enough to make it through winter. Miss that pond, was one of my favorite spots, a nice secluded private pond 😔
It was a sad day... but lure heaven has gained another flubdub...... be free flubdub, fly high swim true be free..... we will miss you and carry on your tale..... gone but not forgotten.🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺ever missed

I must say thankyou to you, and your Chanel. I did it because of you and your inspiring videos. I got myself the basic tools for making some of my own baits and i am deeply in Love with this hobby already. And i dont regret a penny i spent to get started. And i followed your pro baitmaking tips for Good tools. Got myself some serius woodcarving knifes and a airbrush and a beltsander. Couldnt Guess i would be so hooked om designing My own stuff. So thank you for giving me the inspiration to do this. ❤️

The amount of detail in your paint jobs is mind blowing
Here is a new challenge for this winter or sometime when you find yourself at a loss for something new. Make a minnow lure that is less than two inches long and weighs no less than 2-grams and no more than 3.6-grams finished that suspends or sinks slowly. Then catch a fish of your choosing. Japanese custom lure makers do this all the time so it can’t be that hard. Triple Dog Dare! They also use baitcasters and six pound line fishing them.
When you lose a lure it's like the main character of a movie dying. It's genuinely sad.
Right not to mention it's a little expensive to lose Bates honestly other than being an alcohol store or a smoke shop a bit maker one secure profession
I honestly thought it was just "it's official", I totally missed the pun potential on that one.
The paint on this came out incredible bluegill patterns are my favorite because they can vary so much but still be recognizable

Can you imagine how much fun you are going to have when you teach your son to fish? I love all of your videos and your baits are just beautiful! This one was so pretty! I've also lost a lot of priceless expensive baits, but I think I would have cried after losing that one. At least you have the talent to make another one! I would have just sat down and cried.

Dude...... As soon as I saw you start to walk down to the river, I SWEAR I said to myself "No Nate! Don't fish a crank bait in the shallow rocks of the river bank! You're going to get snagged!" And 30 seconds later, the Flub Dub was no more!
That bait was BEAUTIFUL! And I was very surprised by the action. I though for sure the spinner was too long, and the rear treble was going to interfere with the action. But I was wrong. You should make another one of those FOR SURE! And fish that thing where you caught than big river pike.
