So that means that 90 to 98% of case are real. So why is Y Combinator more concerned with protecting men than protecting women here. Do they need more women on their board of directors…possibly ?🤷🏻♀️
Probably because these kits need to be legally rigours enough to pass Blackstone's Formulation "Better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer". 10% is not low enough to be considered usable evidence in court, so outside of that what would be its use case?
I am sorry to hear that. Maybe if you provide more services for your business you can have the rape kit added onto it. To not have the rape kits be the main thing your business is based around.
