- From the 3net documentary film "Sky Soldier", narrated by Bill Paxton, the Damnation of Adam Blessing's 1970 hippie epic "Back to the River". Sky Soldier features the worlds only known 3D photography of the Vietnam war. The film was originally broadcast on Memorial Day 2013, and remains in rotation on the Discovery, Sony, Imax owned 3net channel. The film also features music by Crosby, Stills and Nash, the Animals, Canned Heat and Bobby Darin.
The version of "Back to the River" heard in Sky Soldier is the only genuine digital re-mix of any recording ever released by the Damnation of Adam Blessing. After locating the original 16 track analog master, and playing it back on the very same Ampex 16 track unit that the band used back in 1970, all 16 tracks were individually transferred to a hard drive, flown 3000 miles west, and personally remixed by Damnation's lead guitarist Bob Kalamasz.
