Whats up dude! The RS Mega build is complete and it is dope! Just got rig rebuilt and running yesterday. I had a couple questions that I wanted to ask if you would be so kind to drop some knowledge on me. 1) What is your RS Mega shutdown process? (PC shut down, switch off Mega surge protector, leave Thanos on and it auto shuts off or unplug Thanos USB (or use add on USB switch/button that I can order)? Thanos seems to stay powered after I shut down PC but I think it eventually auto shuts off) 2) When I shut off the surge protector for Mega it strangely lowers only the front 2 actuators to lowest but leaves back 2 in parked height, how get all to either lower or stay up after shutting it off? Staying up would be preferred if possible but not necessary. Just really want all to be same height after turning off without using Thanos to manually lower (if manually using Thanos is only option no biggie but wondering) 3) If doing other stuff on PC but like parked height is it fine to leave Mega on at parked height on for hours or not wise? I will pop in on stream if too busy to type out. Going to put my servo cabinet together and try to clean up the wire spaghetti a bit today. Thanks man
I have a power shut off button that I ordered from Amazon that basically extends a plug in my whole surge. Protector is plugged into it when I'm done playing. I just hit that button and it shuts everything down. I've never observed if the Thanos stays on or not, and honestly it's not really that big of a deal but I hit that button and all my actuators go down. Don't do it. While the actuators are up and playing. You have to make sure you're not playing the game and wait those few seconds so that the actuators go back down to settled position. Then you when you hit the button it only lowers another millimeter or so. If you do in the middle of the game it will drop like a brick and you don't want that
When I turn off my surge protector for the actuators (after shutting down pc) only the front 2 actuators drop and the back 2 stay at park height, not sure what the deal is, doesnt make sense in any way to me, when i power on the actuators they all raise to park height together, seems little odd, so what i am doing now is i have to manually lower the park height using thanos controller prior to shutting of actuator surge protector to keep all of then the same height after surge protector shut off, going to get one those surge buttons u mentioned, thanks for the input and response as always
This is a Kenworth w900 which is available in the game. But I do believe this one's modified. And I believe it might be a Jon Ruda truck. I'm sorry I changed them all the time and I don't remember what this one was but I do know it was a Kenworth they'll be 900. More than that, all the sounds you hear are definitely modified from zee mods
It's a matter of preference. But having had both, I love this so much better. It's the sense of scale and the fact that I can see all these cool buttons and gauges and things that I've built with my own hands
Had VR . Do not prefer it. Plus it would nullify my TH-cam channel. If I put that refrigerator back on my head. I'm not really sure what I would film for my channel...lol

You should get a vr headset, pimax crystal or quest 3 but the crystal has better resolution
