    My feet have extremely high arches. I was told by a podiatrist that perhaps 1 in 100 people have such an arch. And as this body ages there have been issues with the feet. Thank you, I am trying to do more bare foot walking as I did as a child. Yet where I am winter is arriving and walking outside barefoot is not possible so am only able to be indoors on flat surfaces.

      Thanks for sharing! Generally for those with high arches, I'd recommend doing more fascial release, mobilization work and addressing any muscle imbalances in the lower leg especially. Barefoot walking on flat surfaces are still good if the outdoor conditions are too cold. Much blessings your way! Have a great new week 💙💙💙👣

    🔴 BARE FEET ARE HAPPY FEET : 🦶🏼☺☺🦶🏼
    We were all born barefoot and born to live barefoot. The human feet that we were given by God - or nature or evolution if you prefer - were designed and intended to function and serve us well without “support” or otherwise needing to be covered or bound up in footwear.
    There is no logical reason why anyone would ever need to have their feet, including their soles, covered or “protected” by shoes or other footwear, with the exception of certain conditions that would immediately or very quickly cause injury or damage - such as extreme weather conditions, caustic chemicals, fire, or similar conditions. Mere risk or what if are not necessarily good or logical reasons for needing footwear, but only personal preferences.
    In fact ... "Going barefoot is the gentlest way of walking and can symbolise a way of living - being authentic, vulnerable, sensitive to our surroundings.
    It’s the feeling of enjoying warm sand beneath our toes, or carefully making our way over sharp rocks in the darkness.
    It’s a way of living that has the lightest impact, removing the barrier between us and nature".- Adele Coombs, “Barefoot Dreaming” 🕊

      Yes, understand - foot reflexology stones are not easy to find everywhere. A great substitute would be using trigger point balls. Naboso neuro ball has a mini rad roller inside that is perfect to replace stones. 💙

    U should try rubbing ur car pedals and do a video of it, im pretty sure its good to message and feel the pedals u should try it and do a video of it

    • @miinbarefoottrainer
      @miinbarefoottrainer  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I dont own a car. But driving barefoot is great and safer than wearing thick cushioned shoes because one can feel the pedal better and have better reflex! So important to have great reflex when driving.

    Aren't you supposed to buy shoes with more toe room in the front and not those that fit so tightly? You should be buying at least half or 1 size bigger for the H&M shoe.

    • @miinbarefoottrainer
      @miinbarefoottrainer  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks for sharing your feedback!💚 If the shoe design (like the H&M) has tapered toe box, it still won't be a good fit even if it is a size bigger, because the rest of the shoe will be bigger as well. The issue with conventional shoes is more than their narrow toe box; their rigid soles and thick cushion restrict mobility and block the nerve endings in the bottom of the feet, affecting foot posture and gait patterns negatively, which will in turn contribute to callus and dysfunctions in the foot and up the kinetic chain. These shoes can be worn once in a while, but not everyday or for training, as most people do.
