I've watched a few different videos trying to pinpoint ambiversion, but yours was definitely the most helpful! I'm definitely 100% an ambivert. Thanks for your video!
I'm an ambivert. Great video by the way! I felt as if I was listening to an actual person instead of a computer generated voice like most other social and phycology videos people post.
I am an omnivert (situational extraverted, introvert) sense, feeling, judging. I need balance of God, self, family, church, church friends. I can spend 1-3 hours with others but need time to myself when sleepy, irritable, sick, need 7-9 hours sleep and 30 mins-1 hour by myself.
I'm definitely am an ambivert however my case of autism spectrum disorder can make socializing problematic due to how I cannot naturally pick up on social cues though at the same time the ambivert traits I have make my autism seem non existent due to how great I can mask my symptoms and such of my social disability.
I wish to tell you that ambiversion is most likely not a true thing. Taking this as your own mark of who you are just makes you miss out on many good tips related to your actual social attitude. Social behavior can be affected by traumas, life experiences (including recent situations or day to day mood), your upbringing and for example in your case a mental affliction. An Introvert that is mentally healthy will not be in constant dread of social interaction and in fact be quite willing and happy to participate in some social events and communicate- likewise a healthy Extrovert will know when to take a break and make some alone time and will also understand the importance of having interaction with a closer ring of people more regularly. Most definitely social attitude is a spectrum but that is exactly the reason I claim Ambiversion is in fact not a thing- you can simply be a less "hardcore" introverted/extroverted individual. Often self identified ambiverts are healthy Introverts who think that their willingness to socialize sometimes somehow makes it impossible to be an introvert. Perhaps looking deeper into yourself and what is the reason behind your day to day social activity will give you a more reasonable and realistic answer which may also benefit you greatly if you are intending to journey through self improvement/self understanding. Thank you for reading, and I wish you a good day.
I'm an ambivert that leans towards introverted tendencies. I can easily socialize in a crowd but I don't need to be the life of the party.
Me too honestly man
I'm 50 years old, proud introvert until 4am today when this word came into my reality.
My world is rocked...
