The note stylus will only work with devices that have the wacom digitiser display like the galaxy note models , and S21 ultra , so your out of luck if you hope it will work with a run of the mill phone .
I`m not sure if any blackberries came out with with the stylus and W D display , but that might be a possibility , if anyone knows , by all means pipe up , probably lgs version of note will probably work too ?.
Having said that you can buy cheap pens that have a capacitive set up with like a rubber eraser on the top of the pen body from newsagents etc , that will work to navigate around on smart phone screens , its not as accurate as the S pen and does not have all the note stylus functions , and only costs like a few bucks up to whatever you are prepared to pay for an expensive flash looking pen .
i have a cheapy soft touch pen , i think it was one of those freebies you get with something , but it works ok for navigating around and typing .
The S Pen does not connect with the phone, what it does is a small copper coil inside inside the S Pen into which it's tip is inserted produces a magnetic field which is then, intercepted by the magnetic field of the screen, which is designed to produce magnetic field and work like that, that is why a small dot appears on the screen even before the S Pen touches it, since magnetic field can be intercepted without touching
But most of the phone these years have capacitive touch screens, and you can buy cheap capacitive styluses online for as cheap as 100 Rs
So the purpose of this video is... pointless, S Pen works with any electromagnetic touch screens.

Type pen in the search bar tab on the top page of the settings app so u can use more than one s pen for your phone your trying to do this on!
It's due to how it works. It works using electromagnetism in a special digitizer only on the phones that the SPen comes with. It's not a normal digitizer, it uses some extra tech beyond touch.
So it's not a stylus as much as a magnetic pen that tells the digitizer when it's near, where it moves, etc.
To get that to work there's an option in the pull down menu to turn off s pen actions turn it off then on and make sure the s pen is compatible and fits in the phone then tap like new s pen I forgot what it said but yeah my spen from the note10 plus 5g works on a note20 ultra

The pen works with any Samsung pen compatible devices, like the tablets and other notes, and newer models.
I found out that newer Samsung device can use old s pen, it's very much compatible, i.e. I have tab S6 lite and its compatible with either Note 5 and Note 2 s pen flawlessly
Turn on the setting. I got mine to work from a samsung tablet pen. It works on my s21 ultra real well.

The s pen as a part of galaxy phones echo system must work on every single galaxy display.
It's not samsung it will work on any display that has the digitizer technology neither of these technology have the emd inside. Other digitizer pen works on the galaxy phones or tab w spen support n vise versa they spen is a digitizer pen.

If u go on Bluetooth connection and keep the botton of they note spen long pressed it recognizes the Bluetooth and connect but it doesn't recognize they spen on the screen because other than note phone no other phones have the technology to recognize they spen they s21 ultra is the first non note device that has they spen support

My note 9 S-pen works in my S22 Ultra and vise versa.
The reason the s pen doesn't work is because of the difference in touchscreen tech: capacitive and resistive
SPen works on the principle of electromagnetic touch screen not resistive, multiple touch is not possible in resistive touch screens
Nowadays resistive touch is not used in any phones. Note phone's digitizer is different from other phones,

The S pen states ALL of what you said colossal waste of time. Just a quick "note" for your next video instead of showing your audience that the device won't work on other devices (phones in this case) just ask your audience if they have found a loophole with the S pen. I don't mean to come off as an ass, because I was hoping you found another phone it works with...and ps if you lose your S pen...the replacement will link with the original phone no problem

I saw something on TH-cam about the apple pencil that he made it work on the iPhone. All you need is paper towels make a mold of the pen dip it in water have the pen stick put a little bit and when you have a perfect mold of it damp it with water and start writing.
