What does vt stand for? "I have no idea!" *facepalm* lol. the diablo vt was the car that brought all wheel drive to the lambo supercars. Pretty important model. Immaculate example. Alot of the diablos ive seen look a little weathered. The design of the diablo is timeless to me. Im so glad chrysler interfered with marcello gandini's design. It was for the better i believe.

Still as sexy now as it was back in the 90's. The record store I worked at had a Lambo club take over the parking lot the first Wednesday (or whatever day it was) of the month for a meet up in the early evening. Used to get to see a number of them and that's where y love of Lamborghini began. There's a lot of great sports cars, but my heart will always belong to Lamborghini. This one is in absolute pristine condition! I actually haven't seen, in person, a Lamborghini since 1994. Gonna get to race a Haracán next June. Awesome video! Thanks Lou

After about ten years of limelight I was sorry to see it retired in what, 2001. - Audi at least gave it a tasteful send off with the 6.0L and the Murcielago is a darling... There is only one unit in Uruguay year 91, they brought it in 2017, and it will be on sale in 2021 for anyone who wants to buy it, here the legislation does not allow the import of used cars for daily use (only with more than 30 years, and as long as it is a collector's item) you can only drive it on the streets only on weekends, for now, it is only on display in the Autolider ("Autoleader") showroom. I just don't want to imagine the price, this country's taxes make these toys extremely expensive !!!!

Does it get better than this? Yeap I know I am stuck in the 90s but... Newer super cars do little for me, or my enthusiasm lasts only a couple of years. As to these 60-90s SuperCars I get all excited!
Shame that the owner could not provide much information about the car. I'm sure that makes for an uncomfortable interview. And to correct a post above, the VT can direct up to 29% of the torque to the front if needed (AutoCar review from 1994). As a fellow owner (1999 Roadster) these cars are amazing

Im pretty certain that this is aftermarket on this car. Carbon fiber was definitely being used in 1994 (mclaren f1 is made mainly from carbon fiber). Lamborghini was using it too but not in many of the trim pieces at this point. The 2001 diablo 6.0 has a bunch of exposed carbon fiber trim from the factory.
