Honestly english allmind sounds so much better, it sounds more natural, and you can hear the grain of her voice when she gets more 'emotional'. It sounds hella flirtatious and that = hella good.
I don’t think the differences are that big, but I think EN Ayre sounds a little more human, while JP Ayre sounds more monotone, but that might just come down to differences between how English and Japanese are spoken.

The JP voice feels more cool and professional than the EN voice. To me, the JP voice sounds like a caring secretary who lets her personality shine through occasionally, while the EN voice feels more like a shy colleague/ classmate working with you who lets her humour show when she becomes more comfortable.
She speaks in polite/professional language at all times in the JP version, so you're definitely right. She eases up _a little_ when she's really emotional, but only rarely.
Ayre and Rusty made the Fires of Raven route so much more emotionally hard to deal with even though it was my first ending because I didn’t want to betray Walter after everything he’s done (as if Ayre’s Zeta Gundam wannabe mech isn’t hard enough to the point where I gave up and just used a cheese build)
Incidental to this, but Handler Walter's English version really does a good job expressing the way he speaks in Japanese (like a former NCO kinda speech). There's a lot of points where the EN ver says things more rudely than the JP one, but it's always to express him as a gruff mercenary character.
I am still very surprised by Farouz Ai voice-casting Ayre. I thought Yui Ishikawa would be very pleased to voicecast Ayre (if you know every character she voiced dubbing).
Tbf Ai Farouz has been doing a great job here and there lately, so i kinda feel happy that she voiced Ayre. Not saying Ishikawa Yui is not deserving of the role but it's good to see new faces once in a while
If you ever needed evidence that Armored Core is inspired by anime, 10:33 Michigan's JP voice is more than enough. His JP voicelines are literally the most typical exaggerated anime take on military officer voices. In Mobile Suit Gundam Gravity Front every Zeon/Fed officer sounded exactly like this.
I get what you mean but I would hardly call that "inspired by anime". To me, it's not that different from the whole Full Metal Jacket "Drill sergeant" routine you can find in Half Life Opposing Force for example. In the end, it sounds very inspired by American caricature, without the "stern and dry discipline" you would find in an actual japanese "taicho" commander role.
I feel the JP dub sounds better when in intense situations like when the reactor is blowing up or fighting with her in fires of raven route and, she I feel sounds more flirty in some dialogues the only problem I have is how she sounds emotionless when she is speaking normally
Yes, JP Ayre actually had a feel moments that sounded really playful. Namely the way she responds after impersonating ALLMIND and the way she admits she won't have a way to repay you for exploring the ruined tunnel were especially adorable. I really wouldn't call the JP dub "better" in this case. ACVI is one of those few games where the English cast just works incredibly well, to the point where I tried playing it in Japanese and it felt so off I switched back to English, whereas normally I do the opposite for Japanese videogames.

After finishing the game both in JP and EN through all endings, I can say EN Dub is better for me when it comes to Ayre. She sounds more emotional, something that I think is pretty important for her character being that she identifies herself as a Rubiconian as opposed to just another AI. JP Ayre is good, but the fact that even ALLMIND sounds more emotional in the JP Dub is a little sad. If the panicked Ayre appears more often in more situations where you can tell she's actually experiencing emotions, I think that would settle it for me. Played both languages and JP Ayre is miles superior than the eng one. I felt more emotion and passion when Ayre expressed herself, whereas in English it is a little bit silly in some parts, the VA didn’t seem as experienced but that seems to have actually worked in favor for some people. I do agree most of the other cast sounds better in en though, but I would keep Jp Ayre anytime.

I suppose, JP and EN dubs make better\worse characters at the same proportion. For example: I like JP Ayre just as EN Michigan, and I like JP Allmind just as EN Walter. That's... A hard choice. And this is a perfect example of how dub can be at the same level with an original, but not in the same places.

Her emotions are more intense in the JP voice which makes sense, she's not battle hardened like the rest of the cast.

he could talk to Raven in the middle of Ayre's dialogue without knowing it, especially during that underground depth 3 explosion part
or she cuts him out. end of iceworm fight walter interrupted midsentence and Ayre starts talking in my current run.

After finishing the game both in JP and EN through all endings, I can say EN Dub is better for me when it comes to Ayre. She sounds more emotional, something that I think is pretty important for her character being that she identifies herself as a Rubiconian as opposed to just another AI. JP Ayre is good, but the fact that even ALLMIND sounds more emotional in the JP Dub is a little sad. If the panicked Ayre appears more often in more situations where you can tell she's actually experiencing emotions, I think that would settle it for me. Since WE KNOW VERY WELL she has emotions and her choosing to go full Vulcan on us is a little...

Played both languages and JP Ayre is miles superior than the eng one. I felt more emotion and passion when Ayre expressed herself, whereas in English it is a little bit silly in some parts, the VA didn’t seem as experienced but that seems to have actually worked in favor for some people. I do agree most of the other cast sounds better in en though, but I would keep Jp Ayre anytime.
I like Ayre's soulless behaviour in EN better but Cinder is chef kiss in JP
