@@jeeperscriminy hey, i passed. I used barbri at first but it wasn't working for me. so midway through i switched to some of Studicata's content and Rigos Primer Series, i highly recommend both specifically the latter of the two. the books are amazing
If the evidence is of themselves doing the actual act and lying about it are we allowed to use video evidence on the fly or does the video need to be filed with the courts first ?
