    I’m very luck because did lot sports in my youth and still stay physically active. I say stretching or yoga helps you lot before you go to social dancing or classes with isolation movement & balance great video .

    Rasa, I just recently found your channel and have binged watching many of your videos. I love your videos not only for the dancing technique you so well describe but also for the many other aspects surrounding dance. I do have a question for you. I see you do most of your videos in your home. Do you have special dance floors installed in your home? Maybe you can share with me what type of flooring you have. I'm looking at replacing my flooring in my dance space and typical dance floors (like in a dance studio) are quite expensive...

      My floor is perfect for dancing and it is wood laminate. Not the skinny cheap one, but the plates imitation of wood. That way it's slippy enough to dance. And I can use heals and nothing bad happens. If it's skinny laminate it would break very quickly 😇 I hope that helps 🙏
