The people that have taken the time to listen realize that he was a man of great integrity. The press literally assassinated him . Bob Woodward was a CIA operative and probably still is.

Head in the sand must be one of the reasons!
Let me guess…you are a Trump Magat cult member…how sad is the US and their inability to see presidents not through rose coloured glasses.

      Really?
So you believe the pope, who condones and gives sanctuary to child rapists, deserves being revered?
Let’s put it closer to home…Trump should have his “crimes” overlooked due to millions of followers?
      Really?

English speaking level across all politicians has been going lower and lower... for over a century! The speeches of the 19th century are much more academic than the ones today

If we forget or choose to not acknowledge the accomplishments of a person because of negative events that also occurred during these good accomplishments, then we as a whole will suffer even more greatly.

The USA however has a constitutional republic. It was the founders design to prevent the horrific disaster of democracy. The USA no longer exists. “America” is a complete disaster.

I know how I’d judge Nixon…untold men and women’s lives ruined by Vietnam which Nixon could have and should have ENDED in ‘68!

In some ways, Nixon was the Republican version or Carter. He was extremely hard working and meant well. But was not designed for the job: he had next to no charisma, poor leadership skills and was a poor communicator. Still, I think that he was America's most interesting president.

Richard Nixon was recognized as having a master's understanding of global politics. He communicated quite well. He was sought out for advice during his entire post-presidency life, at San Clemente and later in New York.

I don't know about his leadership, he was a decorated Navy Commander WW2. If he didn't do a meltdown he did some good. He got 49 states in his 72 election.

Pat Nixon was in better physical condition than RN during 74. it could have happened, but it could also be kicking a dog while its down scenario. I don't think that there is a hospital nor police record. Not saying it didn't happen, its not proven. I could be wrong.

These videos show what a superb communicator he was. No hums, uhs, you knows, etc. Didn't run on - knew when to stop talking. Concise, cogent, masterful speaker.
