It seems that Toxin, including the Life Foundation... are aligning themselves with Venom and Hardy's Eddie, to go against the war that has sent Knull. To take all the symbiotes and control them!!! And Venom wouldn't want that. So you must promise to make it the best of all.

If I may, this movie may take place after the No Way Home end credits scene since this variant of the Bartender has longer hair and because the piece of the symbiote we see here could be what was left behind after Venom briefly went into the MCU or it could be what was left there after Venom got yanked back to his universe and it got a drunk Eddie to accidentally leave another piece of the symbiote on the same table of the same bar, just in their universe.

100% Sonyverse, they are throwing things in to try and mix up signals. Just like in Morbius when they did the trailer with the painting of Spidey saying murderer and everyone thought it was referring to Far From Home.

I never watched the Venom movies, so don't think I'm missing much. Though, i did learn that the actor who did Dr. Curt Connors/The Lizard in The Amazing Spider-Man movie has a role in Venom: The Last Dance.

Someone please EXPLAIN, i thought Venom and Eddie got transported to the MCU and left a piece of venom behind and then got transported back to his universe! So what the hell?

I didn't like the fact that one of David Bowie's iconic songs was used in this trailer. Also, they really screwed up the most iconic line Venom is well known for in his solo and Spider Man comics, really?
